This headset is great except for the fact that it doesn't use a standard USB cable for charging - it uses a magnetic connector with four gold plated contacts. The problem with this is that sometimes the electronics within the headset enter an unknown state when the connector bounces on the contacts. To resolve this, you have to reconnect the cable very carefully and make sure it makes good contact before removing it.

I really enjoyed my new earpiece. It's very simple to use and I love how comfertable it is.

I've had about 4 and I keep buying them whenever the need arises. I'm an electrician and I sweat a lot so the sweat-proof design is a great feature for me. My only complaint is I've never been able to get the voice activated "Answer/Reject" to work. Well... once it did, but that could be due to me having a deep voice. I'm always compared to the "All State man's You're in good hands with All State". Hope this helps.

I purchased this to replace one that was having a lot of background noise and static (Jabra). People noticed the difference right away and I could hear them much clearer as well. Battery life lasts longer than stated and it charges quickly. Very happy with product.

It is a great earbud, very clear and not too heavy. Only con is that if you have a smaller ear, after wearing it all day, it is a little irritating. However, it is great for making lots of calls and talking for hours. I would purchase another in the future.

Great Bluetooth excellent clarity and the voice announcement of an inbound calls is a great feature eliminates the need to dig in your purse/look at phone to see who is calling before answering. Con: the actual piece that goes around your ear is REALLY bulky

blue tooth works well for what it does nice and loud and they can hear you good also

one of the key reasons for selecting this headset was because of the fat that it would hook onto my ear and I didn't have to rely on something staying stuck in my ear canal. I like the ability to switch ears and move the boom mike up and down. I like being able to voice "answer" instead of having to hit a button.

I tried all the good brands out there and this tested the most quality and comfortable.

While I have had some issues with the software, this device works pretty well. It's light weight, sleek & stylish. I purchased the optional battery case and that helps not only keeping up with the ear piece, but also keeping it charged (seven hours max)

Great sound quality and comes with 3 different size ear peices which makes easy to get a great fit. I really enjoy that it can easily switch to be used for the right or left ear. The voice answer and ignore option is also a great feature! Love this product.
