Took a little doing to get it under my helmet, but that's not the products fault. Have used it with a couple of other products and have found no compatibility issues.

You can be on the phone all morning, plug it in for an hour at lunch, and you're back at 7 hours for the afternoon. Sound quality is great. Can't ask for any more.

I am a female, I found it way too bulky and easily fell off my ear with just the slightest touch. When wearing eye glasses or sun glasses it was especially vulnerable to falling off. Any type of adjustment to my hair or earrings was a invitation for loss, it fell off several times while trying to adjust the sound while driving ( not a good thing) I don't feel it was a "good buy" at all. Perhaps a "Plantronics" question mark type of earpiece would be an improvment.

Although it's built better.... looks more stylish, battery is better and fit naturally on your ear. You must have the charging case with it... if compliments it amazingly well. Gets an A

I unfortunately either loose them or they are stolen from me. The noise cancellation is awesome. Some of my friends don't even realize I have my kids with me when I'm using this earpiece and my kids can get loud when they want to. I especially love the mute button on the device, instead of having to mute your phone and then start searching for the phone to unmute it. The range is awesome too. I have tried other same priced brands and ended up coming back to this head set. It could be a little smaller but that's not a big deal to me

Along with comfort comes great sound and I love the connection piece with your phone contacts where it announces who is calling.

It has good sound quality overall, but the reason it didn't get excellent is because it fades out at times. I would still recommend as it can be paired with 2 devices and it announces calls, which are features I liked at purchase.

In order to troubleshoot connectivity or audio issues you might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test.
If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. If the issue exists on the second phone as well, you will need to replace the headset. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer care group at www.plantronics.com/support if you require assistance.
