I work in a loud environment, and you can still here the person. Is very light on the ear and has a long battery life. Get the extra battery/carring case. Make it easier to keep track of and protect.

This is the BEST Bluetooth headset I've ever had! It works Great in loud environments. It's large, but comfortable. 7 hour battery life is awesome.( Voice control ) answer or ignore call is very convenient.

this is the 3rd one of these I've owned over the past several years. Very comfortable, good sound quality and I can listen to media on it even though it's not stereo. Can't find a normal BT I like better.

I purchased this for work related needs. Phone calls are super clear and it links up to Bluetooth on my iPhone 6s super fast. When I get a call, I can pick up the plantronics, turn it on, and by the time I get it over my ear, it's linked up and has answered the call. People comment that it doesn't sound like an ear piece. I've had calls in the car, in hotels, in the office and the sound quality is excellent. I'm impressed with the range too. I've been able to walk around my house without much interference. If I got upstairs it starts struggling to keep the connection with my phone downstairs, but if I am in the backyard, it's got incredible range. I'll be purchasing the charging case next.

Bluetooth was easy to set up, it came fully charged, volume is ok but would have limed it to a tad louder. Wind elimination is great. Love the option to answer call or dismiss. Overall a great product

The functions, sound (both ways) , and operation of this unit are at the top of the food chain. Unfortunately it didn't work the way I work. I'm an equipment technician, and I need it to grip my ear a little better when I'm tilting my head. Kept falling out regardless of which cushions I used.

The Bluetooth headset is very easy to use and comfortable. The headset did not take a lot of effort to connect to my existing phone device. I use it for my daily conference calls and it is very clear.

I have tried a lot of different bluetooth's for my cell phone, and they did not meet my expectations. This one was recommended by a friend of my. This one blew me away. Very clear both ways, talking and receiving. I use it in the car and at work. There is no way I can ever go back to the old way of talking on the phone. Hands down this is the best bluetooth out there.
