Great headset with good, clear reception and decent range. I use this to talk to clients pretty much all day long. I consistently get told that the client did not know I was on a headset, it basically sounds like I'm using no headphones at all.

I prefer Plantronics for all my bluetooth needs. I have found them to be durable, comfortable to wear. I have found the useable battery power capabilities to be the best in the market.

This is my first hands-free/one touch earpiece. So far so good. It's taken a little time to learn exactly how to get it to ubderstand some of my contact names, in fact i gad to edit names in my contacts so it would understand them. Kind of frustrating. It holds a charge long enough for me to get through a day. I am a little disappointed with the fact it has a different charger type than every other electronic in my house. Best part, it came with a wall and car charger and cables! Distance isn't great, I start to lose contact with my phone in about 20 feet. I can deal, main use is for when I'm driving and to be hands free.

I absolutely love this earpiece, my only objection is keeping the connection when answering a call within a call. You manually have to reconnect. I would love for Plantronics to troubleshoot this more effectively to come up with the best and most comfortable earpiece for even someone with glasses.

My husband bought one of these first. I shied away from getting one also as it appeared bulky. I found it surprisingly light and nearly disappearing in weight. The sound quality is amazing!

This is very good noise reduction and comfortable to where on the ear. the controls are easy to get to and has many voice commands to use.

I have never had a headset but in my line of work needed one. I stopped in the store and they helped me pick this one out. It is simple and easy to use however it says in the instructions to download the latest software to them and I could never get the software to work but they work fine anyway!

Easy to sync and reduces background noise. Offer 3 ear bud sizes so it fits comfortably. Allows you to answer or ignore calls by voice command. Redial button and mute button.

This is the best Bluetooth headset I have ever used. Fits my ear great. Sometimes I forget it is in my ear. People I've talked to said they thought I was on a land line phone.

All around best bluetooth and I have tried several. Only thing I don't like is the range. It's great if you have phone in hand but when you walk away you can only go 30 feet.

Love this headset. It may be a bIt pricey but the sound is clear without any background noise. It is also comfortable to wear and is easily paired to my Samsung device.

I love this hands free Bluetooth and the noise cancellation is awesome it’s so lightweight that some time you forget that you are wearing Bluetooth.

I've tried new and different models. After all, this is still the best headset I have found. You just can't beat the clarity and quality and the battery life is amazing.

I've been through several bluetooth ear pieces, and this one by far is the best, and the only one I will get. Perfect clarity, durable, quick charge and lightweight.

Excellent sound with nice controls on the device. Larger than simple jawbone models, but I like the way this unit holds on as I move around a lot while on the phone.

The best ear piece I've had to date. My only issue is that I would prefer the ear insert be more of an inner-fit type. I always feel that it's just not far enough in and that it's possible that I could hear a little better than I do. I even ordered the re-chargeable case for it.

I use this for almost every work call both while at the office and when frequently travelling, often for many hours each day. Highly recommend the charging case for travel as it both protects the device and provides some extra juice to get you through long lay overs or delays.Very comfortable to wear despite the size. Only gave it 4 stars because the first one I purchased started to have clarity problems after about two years which may have been a result of use/abuse during extensive travelling however, it does indicate the device has some level of fragility. With that said I did buy it again!

Got this as i am constantly on the go for work and taking calls. Easy to set up and use, great battery life clear sound and easy to understand. Highly recommended!

I bought this not knowing much about bluetooth headseats. This was super simple to use right out of the box. The audio is very crisp and clear and has a long talk time.

Very comfortable to use it for long periods of time. Microphone and the sound quality is also good. Really good battery life. You have to be very careful while handling it.
