I have purchased this blue tooth a few times - I'm good at losing them - but it's the best one I've ever used. I connect to 2 phones and it works great most of the time. The one negative report: Sometimes when I am on one phone and someone calls on the other one it hangs up on the new caller when I close the first call. Comfortable, and great sound on both ends. Easy to hear even with a lot of ambient noise. Great noise cancellation.

Very good noise cancellation and sound quality in both directions. People on the other end of the conversation say it is extremely good, even when I'm in a noisy industrial environment. Buttons are no worse than other models. Smaller would be nicer, but it is what it is. It's certainly not cumbersome, and stays put behind the ear nicely. Charging cables are unique to the device, but there are two included. No negative pairing issues.

Works great! Paired right up with my IPhone! Comfortable to wear and easy to use! Great battery life!

Good dives needs a lot of software improvement but I recommend to users that deal a lot of outside work very good Claire sound on both ends

I have tried so many brands of headsets, and none have come anywhere close to the performance of the Plantronics Voyager products. I frequently speak to others who are also using the same headset, so I know what the audio on both sides of the conversation sounds like, which is almost always excellent. There are a few exceptions, such as wind, which is always difficult, and coming into physical contact with the microphone.

I had rewards points on Best Buy to spend and I also recently lost my bluetooth headset. After doing a brief search, I found one that had decent battery life and also promised good sound. I also made sure to find if the same item was cheaper elsewhere. It was. I had to spend almost an hour, calling three separate times (kept getting "disconnected") before I was able to place the order with a price match.

This is my first Bluetooth ear piece and I love it! The unit it light, and has great sound quality.

I have owned several of these units and purchased one for my wife to use in her convertible. Headset performs flawlessly even with the car's convertible top down. Excellent headsets!

It worked good for a while however I strongly suggest getting the insurance. I have had to replace it twice now. I get about one year and I do not use it everyday. Problem with the insurance is you have to buy a new policy each time you replace it which adds to the costs. When you buy something like this with a 2 year policy I expect to have to have the product work for that time without additional costs. So over the last wo years it has cost me an additional 50% above the original purchase costs. Not what I expected.

A client recommended this product to be compatible with the iPhone. If traveling in a truck something heavier duty is needed but for home or the office this is lightweight and perfect.

I bought this higher-priced bluetooth to replace a cheaper one I had previously purchased, and it was worth the higher price. It is very comfortable on my ear and the voice clarity is much better. The buttons are also easy to press when you wear it. The battery doesn't last as long, but I just plug it into my car charger every few days... I think it lasts about four hours. I would definitely recommend this as a great bluetooth!

The Plantronics - Voyager Legend SE Bluetooth Headset is everything it promises: long talk time, easy to charge, and the clearest reception. I have stopped using my car bluetooth (via radio speaker), and only use the headset when driving. I also use it everyday for work. It is rare that a product delivers everything it promises but Plantronics definitely did on the Voyager Legend. Excellent quality and worth the investment.

I recently purchased this item for the second time since I lost my first one. I love the sound quality, both voice and music files, plus the great convenience of being able to drive without having to hold my phone and still be able to carry a conversation with incredible clarity. Buttons are also located in the right places, and as a bonus, they make plenty of very useful accessories that make this a great experience.

I had to try a couple out before I found this one.Very happy with sound quality and comfort.

My husband bought one a year ago and liked it alot. We decided to make sure our son was safe driving and talking on the phone. So, the best gift we could give was the Bluetooth.

The Voyager Legend SE is a well built yet simple and easy to use Bluetooth Headset. There is nothing tricky about it and it just works. The sound quality is excellent on both ends which is a major plus because I use it often for daily conference calls. I have the charging case and it comes in extra handy because i can let it charge overnight without having to plug anything in to a power outlet. This is an excellent buy.

Great vocal clarity for receivers as well the user. The earpiece isn't too large and it's comfortable to wear, even for extended periods. Plantronics has a lot of great products that combo with this piece and many other really cool products for mobile or office. Downfall of this piece is the inability to change settings via the mobile app if using an Apple product...boo! Otherwise, great technology.
