It is my favorite

Disappointed at price of replacement of the ear bud. When I get a haircut it fits ideally. When my hair around my ear is thicker it take both hands to hook it on well. The ear pieces that do not go around the ear do not stay in my ear. I really like the hook and it is surprisingly not bulky.

Headset Volume not loud enough!

It has very good noice cancellation for those that work around loud noises. My only complaints are that the headset speaker could be louder and also mine started comming apart on the tip of the mirco phone after 45 days. So i would recommend the charging case and also the warranty. I like this product and it adds value to my life .

Great sound quality

I'm told by the people I call that they can't tell that I'm on Bluetooth. Only complaint I have is that if the person I'm calling has a lot of background noise, I can hear it all, which can sometimes be loud. Battery life is adequate and it came with a bonus car charger. Great value for the money.
