I've owned several in my time, to include Jawbone, Jawbone Era, & Jawbone Era HD. Jawbone bluetooths are great, but this one tops all Jawbone and other bluetooths I've owned. I wouldn't trade this bluetooth for another one.

Also like the auto answer/announcement of who is calling feature.

All the others I've tried had issues with having to repeat myself constantly and this one drowns out outside noises so much better! Especially while driving.

She doesn't have a bluetooth-enable radio in her car and needed a hands-free solution. This has been an awesome product. She can even drive with the windows down and the wind noise is negligible while her voice is clear!

My blue tooth is clear and people can hear me with no problems. The hands free feature helps me use the phone and ablles me to make calls easiier.

My car does have a bit of road noise. That said, the other person can hear me clearly and I can hear them. This cost more than the standard bluetooth but it's worth it.

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.

For me the ear piece begins to break after about a year because I take it off after every use, adding extra wear and tear, My favorite ear piece!
