I've owned a number of Bluetooth headsets, but this is the first one with no major drawbacks. Other headsets either did not fit well or the sound quality was not that clear, either on my end or the other side. This unit is clear on both sides. It is also comfortable, appears well-built, has very good noise cancelling and excellent battery life. I am very happy with it. It's large and ultra-geeky looking, but that's a small price to pay for something that works this well.

I have used various headsets in the market and this line seams to have the best run time, clarity in bad situations for sound and harsh environments. It even holds up to perspiration and rain.

All my husband bus is this brand now. We literally spent $100 on one of these a few months ago, and saw this new model and bought it. The sound is great, time to talk last. Vice commands are great too.

Really am enjoying this product so far. Talk and hear super clear plus the battery has been lasting a while. About 7 hours for me. I would recommend this product for gym use or just overall. Love it!

Easy to connect with great talk time. Comfortable to wear with glasses. Has difficulty playing well with iPhones when multiple apps are running (talking on the phone while actively navigating)

BT headsets have several things in common for the most part. One of which is that the user can usually hear the other party just fine; the other person on the other end is the main problem. Setting aside size, comfort, battery life, functionality, the most important aspect is the sound quality for the other person. Most high quality BT headsets start out sounding "OK" to the caller party, in the beginning, however over time, this sound quality diminishes. I had been using the Plantronics Voyager Edge for a few years now, changing it out almost annually due to the depreciation of sound quality to the called party. The size, features, battery life, etc. was impressive and it was very comfortable also, but after time, the mic's seem to deteriorate and there is no fix for this. This time I went with eh Plantronics Legend, based upon other's high recommendations. The battery life, functions, and voice clarity (both ends) seems to be superior, however it defiantly loses a solid star in the comfort category. Its bulky, heavy, and logistically more difficult to navigate the buttons, compared to the Voyager. Additionally, it uses a proprietary chagrining cable, which in this day of micro USB, seems archaic. This is a headset that I could not wear over extended periods of time, thus will be caring around in a pocket, ready to be used when needed. I guess if you can wear this with comfort, then it might just be the best choice for you. Beware... If you wear glasses, you will be challenged a bit though. I guess the sound quality test will be tested over a year's time.

A headset that is decent. I went from jabra which disconnected all the time to this plantronics that has so far held up to its end of the deal. Would recommend this. Clear voice. Long battery.

I have an issue with muffled sounds and require clear reception when using a cell phone. This ear piece not only provides very clean volume on my end, I have never been told by the person on the other line that they couldn't hear me or understand what I was saying. The noise cancelling is superior as are the other features offered in the phone, such as; caller ID and voice activated commands. The only reason it doesn't get 5 starts is because if the bulk and intermittent issues of staying on my ear while wearing sunglasses.

This product is easy to use and has clear reception. Has good noise cancelling capabilities. Very useful when driving for hands free use. Comfortable to wear.

Good for your money. Has good volume and sound quality. Music plays well and it does connect easily to my phone automatically. It worked well in many environments including my car. My main complaint about this headset and the ultimate reason I ended up returning this one is because it is one size fits not me. It was too big and I think really designed for man sized ears not woman sized ears. I wish the manufacturer had made a large and a small when creating this as I really liked the design overall.

the bluetooth is very good you are able to use more then one drvice at the same time. the only thing which is minor the volume is a bit low. the battery power lasts long...

I have finally found a Bluetooth that sounds amazing and stays on my ear comfortably. I've tried countless Bluetooth where they typically fall off or hurt after an hour or so. The hd quality sound of this product is what I've been looking for. I do not need to roll up my windows while driving on the freeway to hear the other person. Battery life is great and I happy that mine came with a free car charger.

This is probably one of the best Bluetooth headsets I've owned. I've had the previous models and they work great so this one has built upon the success of the others.

Crystal clear calls a good battery life and the most comfortable Bluetooth headset I've ever owned. Worth every penny.

I had another headset but could not get it to fit my ear no matter how I adjusted it. This headset has a lot of room to adjust the fit and the gels that come with it fit my ear well. The sound level is good enough to use in the car and people on the other end don't even know I am on a headset. It is also water resistant so sweat and a little rain are no problems. It looks like it would be pretty big but in normal use the size is no problem. It has not felt like it would slip out of my ear no matter what I was doing. Only con is the felt cover for the ear bud. it tends to slip off occasionally.

Stays on my ear, does not fall off. Little voice tells me amount of talk time left----7 hours when charged. Lasts a long time on one charge. Perfect in every way.

Cool headset. The larger size for the piece behind the ear seemed bulky at first, but I got used to it pretty quickly. Nice features include automatic answer, when you pick it up to put in your ear. Or you can answer by voice. I love that it doesn't go fully into my ear. Despite sitting just outside the ear canal, the reception is very good, even when I'm on construction sites. I've had to charge it every evening though, which was a bit disappointing, as I was previously used to getting a bit more standby time and battery life out of a headset. But I am on the phone quite a bit!

One of the most comfortable headsets I have ever owned. The battery life is great with 7hrs of talk time. Recharging is fast so you are not down long without it.

The sound is clear and the device is comfortable to wear. I travel a lot in hands free areas. This is great to keep me compliant and in touch at all times.

This is my second headset as the last one accidentally got run over. My wife says the noise cancelling is great she can hear me clear as a bell. The volume level is great compared to some other headsets I've used and it is comfortable on my ear. The only complaint I have is the charger connection is always a little finicky being magnetic, it really annoys me when I put it on the charger over night to come back the next morning and find out it never charged.
