Great bluetooth .. One problem

It has all the features that I need and is dependable. The only weakness I have found with this product is the charging cords. They do not last. The reason for this purchase was in thinking that my other Plantronics Bluetooth had bit the dust. It had not, the charging cord had gone bad. I bought another charging cord and it went bad. No cord, no Bluetooth.

When I turn it on it connects quickly. Though often it loses connection easily. And the battery seems to die rather quickly. I do wish there was a way to try the fit before purchase. I'd honestly like to return it and purchase a different model.
