I have bought 3 of this type over the course of about the last 8 years (approx), but one was replaced as my dog chewed it up. Buy the extended warranty, it saved me replacing it twice now. It some times has to be reset, but that's a simple fix. I have looked at others when one gives out and needs to be replaced, but grab another.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tried several other BT ear pieces and was disappointed so wound up coming back to this model, Tried LG stereo ( pickup to much back ground noise for people at the other end). BlueParrot ( after 2 hours the strap on top of my heard was sore). Only problem I have with Legend is rubber by edge of ear eventually cracks from flexing ( but take a least a year of hard use)
