Posted .I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your Legend headset. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.

I had it for years and it didn't hold its charge as good as it used to. I went for a new one and the salesperson suggested another one so I purchased that one. I did not like it at all. I couldn't hear as well on it and it wasn't as user friendly. Therefore, I went back a purchased this same one again and I love it
