I have tried ear pieces in the past only to have problem after problem. The Plantronics Voyager is the best yet. It will stay on the ear without problem. I have used it for a number of years and will continue to buy it as needed. Great ear piece!

Not bad noise redution not as great as some i have had good product over all

The only downside for this device is its size over the ear; especially if you wear glasses. Aside from that, this might be the best headset I've ever owned when it comes to clarity; both mine and theirs. Also a decent up time as well.

This is the best Bluetooth I've worn. Connects to two phones. Sometimes it doesn't connect and has to be reset and the background noise is loud but still a good unit. I've used this one for about 4 yrs and keep going back. Does get replaced about every 10 months when it stops connecting.

I have only had it since Christmas and the on and off switch acts up

The last one I purchased in 2012 and was great for 3 1/2 years. The rubber part over the ear cracked. It is great that Plantronics now allows me to use my contacts list without going through a proprietary system that they charged for. Hope this one lasts longer. great product.

I am on the road several hours per day and need a blue tooth that can be recharged easily. The Voyager has a usb connection that only can be bought with a plantronics product. I need a bluetooth that will recharge with most and charger, the Voyager does not, that was the only problem.

I spend a lot of time on the road driving, and traveling for work. I have had several Blue tooth ear pieces, and this on by far is the best. The ability to not just make phone calls, but to also send text, search google, and get directions without having to pull out my phone is awesome.

I have had four headsets in the last five years. The last one had problems after just a couple weeks. When it is working, it is good at noise canceling and easy to hear. They seen to last about a year for me.

The device works very well actually I have 2 and alternate them so I have my hands free. the only complaint is little bulkie but till battery size reduced. Ive use this model over several years, when I've lost one I replace with this model because of it durability.

This is my 3rd Legend in 3 years.. Pros: clarity, call announce, hands free answer or ignore, voice recognition and dialing. Cons: price. Sometimes unit switches back and forth between phone and Bluetooth which can be quite annoying. All in all a nice device though.

Works very good, allows music to play and pause when an incoming call comes. Volume control is easy as well as pairing for first set up. This is the second one purchased, the first one broke right where the curve goes around the ear., but had it for a year.

I have had many Bluetooth ear pieces thru out the years. The Plantronics is the best I have found make sure to buy the extended service plain from Best Buy as they will replace the product with no problem.

I have 2 of these headsets both with Geek Squad protection. When they work they are wonderful. The only problem is that they will eventually fizzle out on you. That is why I have 2 of them so I can keep one in reserve. Be sure to get the Geek Squad protection.

The only drawback that i have found is after I pair it with my phone it wants to register the contacts & U tap ok it DOESN'T tell you when its FINISHED,I've had this model for quite some time & love it. Get the charging case you won't be sorry!!!!

The product works but it doesnt fit my ear very well, I change the ear piece speaker cover and it help some but I think it is the shape of my ear. This may fit some better than others. I wont recomend because I believe the fit is specific to individual.

It's the best Bluetooth headset I've had yet. I had three other headsets in the past but this so far is the easiest to use. The cost is a little high but worth every penny. Works great with my iPhone 7+. Voice commands, with Siri works great. Thank You

The sound is great, but the charging could be better. I hate that it has a special charger. It doesn't always connect and charge so you do have to check it. There's nothing worse than leaving it to charge and then when you pick it up it's still dead..

I've had to replace this 3 times! Not great but ok!
