Poor response to voice command the hourly time it's supposed to be 7 hours it does not last 7 hours maybe 3 hours into a talk session, the people on the other end can't understand what you're saying

I had one before, broke it at a graduation. Purchase a new one from a different manufacturer and fell in love with it; until it broke as well.. Now that I am back with this bluetooth, I am getting used to it all over again. Great service and clarity.

Great Bluetooth reception. Would be even better [ a 5 ] if it had more compression fit options. Overall I like this product and would reccommend it. I also received great help in the store . Their staff was knowledgable and very helpful.

Had about three weeks, great headset, volume is loud enough to hear outside or in somewhat noisy environment. Have tried other brands and could not hear them at all if there was any background noise. Would definitely recommend this as your first choice.

This Plantronics headset replaced a Bose headset I was previously using. The mic on this unit is excellent. The mic on the Bose was too sensitive and would garble my voice with the radio, even at low volume. It also paired easily with my iPhone 6.

I have used three plantronics headsets and this is by far my favorite. I wish I would have purchased the additional charging case, because the charging cable is magnetic and tends to fall off of the unit when bumped, but otherwise I am very pleased.

This is the second Voyager that I have purchased from Best Buy. The first one lasted me over three years and is still working. The only reason I purchased a new one was because The earpiece was week due to my abuse of it. I highly recommend this item.

I returned this, as it was cumbersome to use. It fits around your earlobe, which sounds like a great idea but my ears may be oddly sized or something because it was difficult to get situated correctly. I didn't go through the ear inserts to get the correct fit because I didn't like the way it fit (or didn't fit) over my ear in the first place. Because it felt like it was propped up on my earlobe, I couldn't hear very well, but this was likely due to the fact that I had the wrong sized ear insert. Callers said that the sound quality was good, however.

Pros: it cancels sound very good. I can have my window down and the call is very clear. Bestbuy also has an excellent warranty on this product.Cons: The Bluetooth sometimes doesn't sync with the phone and disconnects during calls.

I wore a Bose earbud for years and when it finally died I found out I couldn't replace it because they discontinued them, so on a referral I tried the voyager and after a little while getting used to the new style I'm hooked. Love it!

I would give it a great but ear bud too big....i always feel its gonna fall out. I even use it without foam cover. Otherwise i like it very much but i dont enjoy it because i m scared its gonna fall off and im gonna lose it.

This bluebooth say if ur battery low and turn off . If the bluebooth is not connected to ur ear. I personally recommend this to someone who on the go and want a reliable bluebooth . did i say it was sweat proof ? what more can u ask for?

I used this for 3 years, until the rubber casing split. I wish they still made it, as it did everything I wanted. I know there's a upgraded unit, but it costs about 35.00 more, for basically the same feathers.

I use this product daily. I drive a lot. The call announce feature is awesome . I can answer hands free, and know who is calling without looking at my phone while driving. Also sweat proof, which is nice in the fl. heat.

I have bought and returned and exchanged three times in the last month. Each time after about two weeks, it is glitchy and will only turn on sometimes. It won't answer calls. We finally returned the last one & bought a different brand.

This unit may not be the cutting edge technology it was when it first came out. But over the years this is my third unit and I use it every day and this one is just as reliable, durable and trouble free as they all have been.

I love my Plantronics Legend bluetooth! It's wonderful to not only drive handsfree but also do my shopping, housework, cooking and everything else handsfree. No more neck aches! I can talk all I want and still get all my work done.

I'm pleased with my purchase. My one complaint is, it's bulky for my ear. My ears are small. It doesn't stay in my ear because the weight at the top that hooks over the top of my ear, causes it to hang which in turn, falls out.

I spent a little more for this certain product....It works well, although it seems to have some feed back, which i expected to be more clear. Overall, it works well and can possibly be from the user on the other end.

I purchased this on a recommendation. My husband is a contractor and uses this everyday all day. It is wonderful. My only suggest would be to buy extra ear pieces. I get them on eBay. We buy a new Bluetooth every 2 years
