I love this Bluetooth until I lost it. I want to get another one like it one of these days. The best thing was how it would tell me who is calling. It has other features I didn't use, but the quality was one of the best I've had.

I like it, it is good for the price, good quality, just a little big plastic around the ear, which makes it little uncomfortable for more than couple of hours usage, this could be because my ear is too sensitive

Works well great clarity,figment is a little loose could us a better ear piece fitmint,set up instructions not very clear says to set /update on line but web site is note user friendly overall not a bad unit

I love this item, I work on my phone constantly and was having very frequent neck and headaches from having normal cellphone conversations. My hands are free and my pains/aches have bettered significantly!!!

This is my second Bluetooth headset and after research I went back to Plantonics. The performance is excellent and connection to phone instantaneous. I will continue to purchase this brand and recommend it to others..

Overall good functionality. Don't get more than about 4' from your phone though and apparently not designed for those of us with smaller heads/ears and long hair.

Great product and great value. Clear reception and microphone. Identifies callers by name and allows option to ignore or answer. Paired easily and was up and running <1 minute out of the box. The car charger is nice also.

Good for an office but bulky for casual all day use IMHO. That said you get use to it inspite of its box behind the ear. Great voice quality and noise reduction.

I have used other bluetooth headsets but the plantronics corporation has a good unit here. It also goes along with Best Buy carrying great products with the Great Service that goes along with it. Thankyou !!

I returned another product because of the quality of the mic, but I have had no complaints from the people I talk to since using this. I use it for work, and I don't hesitate to recommend this for others.

Purchased this product because I purchased a lifecase for my phone, and I had problems hearing with my other lifecase. It does the job. However, I sometimes have issues trying to voice-call a contact.

My brother is long haul truck driver/owner & has used this forever! He highly recommended it to me when I asked if it's dependable & clear talk. I love it, just wish I'd bought sooner after trying several others!!

I have this Bluetooth headset to my sister for her birthday. She absolutely loves and saves her from getting a ticket. She even went back to the store two weeks after and bought the exact same one for her husband

I have actually bought this Bluetooth a handful of times not because the other ones didn't work but because I keep losing them at my job site . It works great which is why I continue to purchase the same model

This is a wonderful Bluetooth for my wife. However, it always at some point stops allowing her to get the phone to answer when receiving a call. If they can fix that we will change our rating to 5 stars.

Volume is mediocre at best with alot of static most of the time, older Plantronics I have had were better in sound quality. Would not buy this model again.

used it for over 3 years... had to replace it twice, but as I was covered by Geek insurance, It was just great! Unfortunately, they don't do this Model anymore, so I had to Upgrade to the 5520

This Bluetooth headset was well worth the money. It is easy to sync with your device and the calls are clear. The only con 8s the size, I feel it was a little bulky but overall a good product.

My husband purchased this hands free set and a week later dropped it in a pond ... we put it in a bowl of rice that night and the next morning it was just like new again! Its easy to use and durable.

I work in a high active industry and this is the only earpiece I have found that can take a beating and last year after year. Now if I could just stop losing them on the job site I will be all set
