Great buy!!! I had the older model but because of the recent upgrade to my phone it no longer worked with it. Purchased this and had no complaints about it for months since the purchase.

this is my second one of these I have owned and I wore daily till I wore out all the little gaskets for the piece that goes in your ear but was so satisfied ....purchased another!

Haven't had this very long, but so far the only problem is the width of the unit behind my ear. It is a bit too wide, but I'm getting used to it. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

My husband has a pacemaker and was told not to use his cellphone on the left side . This headset lets him have it on the right side and still write messages with his right hand !

I upgraded from an older Plantronics headset and this one is superior in every way. The on/off button is now a much improved switch and it always syncs seamlessly with my phone!

I previously has a Jabra Bluetooth that I used while traveling and really liked. This one is a bit heavier and a little more difficult to press the on and off button.

Although generally I like this product I still find that it is heavy for the ear and that the battery life drops a little quickly. I don't use it often so works fine for me

I recommend that you don't buy this product online. My last bluetooth from Amazon only lasted less than 3 months and wasn't able to return it. I would only buy it from Best Buy.

This ear piece is smart, it asks you if u want to answer call from____ and you say yes or no. I am able to talk on the phone, get housework done, walk dogs or relax in a bath

I bought this one for my dad for Christmas and he absolutely LOVES IT! I never see him without it on his ear. He talked so much about it I bought one for my mom and myself.

I really like the earbud. It works really well. I'd give it 5 stars if the battery area was slightly smaller. I have small ears and it doesn't fit perfectly for me.

I have purchased Plantronics before, I gave it a 4 star because quite a few times it disconnects from my phone when it is right next to me and it has fallen off my ear.

Love my Bluetooth ear piece. The only thing I wish were better was that I could except other calls that come through while I was on a call. Call waiting button.

Freedom to drive without getting tangled in wires, nothing to tug on your ears when the wire gets caught on your clothes, and relief from both ears being plugged up. Get it!

I am on my third unit. Usually starts to not work about 6 months in. Doesn't hold a charge - says 7 hours of talk time and then after an hour of talk time it stays 4 hours of talk time. Doesn't stay connected to the phone, constantly disconnects from the phone during the calls. My plan is to return this one again - but replace it with something else. Tired of it not functioning like it's supposed to after a few months of use. Thankfully I have the Geek Squad replacement plan!

Had to buy this bluetooth for the wife as she lost her original one. We might have to activate the locator part this time. Hoping it works as good as the last one.,
