It works amazing, has great battery life, and is super comfortable

This has been one of favorite headsets. I used to own two Legend CSs before this model before realizing I didn't need all the bells and whistles of the CS. The people on the other end can hear me most of the time and I can hear them almost always as well. I would recommend this headset for someone who wants a good working, stylish device.

Bought this Bluetooth earpiece on a whim because a friend had it and loved it . I wish I could use it more often but my brand new car has Bluetooth built it . When I get out of the car I pop it in and walk around like a re re talking on it all day long. Exellent product .

The Plantronics bluetooth is lightweight and has great sound.

Excellent audio, and comfortable over the ear, unlike other models that I tried. This is the second one I bought after I lost the original one during travel. I have been using this model for close to 3 years now.

Works well! Very clear! Fits well with good battery life

Headsets seem to last around 2 years with heavy use and heavy charging. I just got my 3rd one and they have all been consistently clear and dependable. I've had 3 other plantronics plus moto units and others. I always go back to Plantronics and this is the best one so far. I use it on my phone and laptop through skype and ring central.

lightweight , easy to use, very clear, small, compact

This headset is great, very clear and comfortable. No one has had trouble hearing me and it has 7 hours of talk time. The voice commands were a bonus. Hands down the best small Bluetooth headset I've used

I have owned this bluetooth for a few years, and the sound quality is excellent. Unfortunately, they don't seem to last more than a year or so. I do use it quite a bit (several hours a day, 7 days a week), a casual user would probably have better luck. Overall, I would recommend it, just be sure to get the protection plan.

comfortable, good battery life, no issues when talking

Since BB no longer offered the pro version I was forced to get the Legend. I do like the button placement on the Legend to answer a call. However I have replaced the unit four times over the past three years. The very short 6" proprietary charger cord is a pain to deal with as it doesn't always connect to charge. In addition its another cable you have to carry around in order to recharge it on the go instead of just plugging in your standard cell phone mini usb like on the Pro version. The Pro was nice to plug in/recharge while you were using it on long trips. Plantronics says it is sweat proof but I don't think it works very well after it gets a little wet. People complain they cannot hear me. This usually happened after a good work out or if I briefly get caught in the rain. That's usually the end of it which leads to another visit to BB to exchange it. Definitely get the extended coverage for this device especially for the price. Once its working it is a very good device with good sound both ways. Features are nice like hands free answering and voice caller ID. Battery life for the size of the unit you think would last for days of use but not the case. I find myself recharging within a day after moderate to heavy use. That is using it only for phone calls not for listening to music or other programs. But like I said a new one works great and will for as long as you don't get it wet ie; light rain or drops of sweat on boom mic, and make sure you get an extra charging cable to bring along in your car. The little foam ear plug cover is the first thing you'll lose as it will slip off. Not really a big deal but it does help with comfort and hold the ear piece in place when you are working out. Again not a big deal though. These are just my quick opinions of the Legend after four years of use and after my previous three years with the Pro version.

Background noise suppression is so so. If it is loud it actually makes background noise louder but normal volume is totally blocked. It won't do voice dialing, only call back hands free. Kinda hard to get in place but once there it is comfortable and secure. Battery life is good. Sound quality and volume are surprisingly good. I think it is over priced since my last headset had a lot more features and better background suppression for the same price.
