So I recently sold my laptop and got an iPad Pro to use for school. I wanted to be able to project my screen to my monitor and write notes or whatever else I need it for. This thing works just the way it needs to, it’s pretty long and it’s braided so I expect it to be very durable in the long run. I definitely recommend it if you need it for the same reasons.

Platinum’s cable is simple and easy to connect between the USB-C port on my MacBook Air to the HDMI port on my TV. It takes seconds! The picture quality and sound between devices is first-rate when kept at the same scale. Some picture quality is lost when enlarged to full-scale, but that is to be expected. Stylish and sturdy, it matches Apple’s line of classic white accessories.

Even though I got it used, the cable looked like new (the box is a different story). It feels really durable and the USB-C cable sometimes makes a crunching noise when plugged in (it doesn't break anything though). This was probably due to the way it was made. Overall I'm satisfied with the cable!

Works like it should… I use it to attach a 2nd 1080 monitor to my 24inch IMac I need to upgrade the 2nd monitor to 4K and I will update the review if I do.

I wanted to share viewing our family tree with my immediate family. My MacBook’s screen size and the number of individuals dictated screen sharing by plugging into a large screen TV. The purchased cable gave me instant success and assured the admiration by my 94 year old father.

I've been using this to watch my shows from the tablet to my TV. Have had for quite a while now and have had no issues.

Perfect for travel, I use it with my phone and tablet....comes in handy when stuck in a hotel!

Best Buy is the only popular retail electronic and entertainment retailer in my city. If you need any kind of cord such as this one Best Buy is most likely the only place you will be able to find the electronic part,game, pc, tv, appliance, anything electronic if you need one in a hurry like i needed this cord to be able to play a small movie for a wedding party taking place at our venue. They usually have great stock sand if they dont have it they can get it very quickly. This cord worked perfect no problems like i expected it would. Best buy is a great store just wish they would carry alot more pc components to choose from if you build your own. Most likely you wont be able to get all the parts you need to build your own pc there. Or at least the exact parts you want. A bigger variety would help out sales as we have really no pc shops in town to shop at. If you need it its gonna be from the web. Pleease carry more pc components your missing a huge oppurtunity in that market in my opinion. Ecspeciqlly when there is not a Micro center within 8 hours of where you live.

Worked excellent. Was sure it would work with my iPad Pro and the older projector I was using in a pinch.

Got for my daughter’s Mac Air M1 to plug into a new monitor she’s bringing back to school for Spring term. Works flawlessly and the braided cable is great since it’s flexible. This is a good brand. I don’t recommend getting generic cables at the other big online bully store as some are not compatible with the M1 chip Mac Airs.

I got this cord so I could watch movies from my laptop to my projector. It does it’s job and bonus points for being an actual quality cord that can withstand my lifestyle and dogs

Wire works great on multiple tvs even works for latops that take type-c, the picture is perfect even better than the phone or laptop is on its own. I use for my steam deck as well

I bought this cord to connect my laptop's graphic card output (USB-c) to my monitor (HDMI). The cord works perfect and feels like it's durable, especially at the joints with the connectors. I plan to use this for quite a long time.

When Apple did an up date, my connection from my docking station to my (Older) TV quite working. The Best Buy, Apple agent was able to assist and pointed out the cable I needed. I use a TV as a monitor with my Apple Mac. went this way a number of years ago and my older TV is not WIFI compatible. that is why I needed a cable. I had called Apple assistance and explained my issues and directed me to find a cable to sink my equipment.

Nice braided cord, more cord than I probably need but no issues so far connecting MacBook Air and Lenovo laptop (separately) to LG ultrawide monitor.
