The platinum -65 ultra Portable laptop & Ultra Book charger is a Great product. It was Easy to install. I did not have to read the instructions. It fit my laptop like a glove. Its price is very reasonable. Customer service was outstanding.

I purchased this from a Best Buy vending machine at LGA when I realized that my 'real' charger was at home. It has a really long cord and all the ends make it very flexible for other devices. Oh, and there are two USB plugs in the brick too! The only downside is that the brick is pretty large and difficult to share conference room plugs with others.

Great charger. I got it for my Asus Q526 and it works like a pro. Not bulky or heavy like my previous laptop chargers. The two USB chargers included are a very nice touch too. It’s the only charging box I use for my phone, iPad, and laptop. A bit pricey though.

I needed an extra charger and this worked perfectly. I searched online with no luck, came into the store and was helped to find the right item immediately. Customer Service here is Top Notch!

I purchased as a spare charger when I travel. It has been an even better and faster charger than my original charger. Very pleased with it and has two USB ports built into it so I can charger other devices as well.

I love this charger because it was the only one Best Buy carried in the store that will charge the particular ASUS laptop I have. I have not used the USB plugins, but I might in the future. My only issue with this charger is just how much more expensive it was compared to the others. If it was just a little more affordable I would have given it 5 stars.

Works as advertised. Has multiple tips for different brands, which is great because we own an ASUS, hp & dell laptops. I would use the Best Buy tip selector to select the tip you need for your laptop before purchasing to be sure it contains the tip your device has.

True, it's a bit more pricier than other laptop chargers but it has a longer power cord and more adapters to fit more manufacturers than most. It's more convenient for me since I use a couple of different laptops. The USB outlets let you charge your phone as well.

On a business trip I realized I had not packed my laptop charger and luckily I found a Best Buy kiosk at an airport you this Platinum charger saved me a lot of stress not to mention my job! I’m usually skeptical of buying products I have not researched but this product delivered.

So happy to find this awesome charger at Best Buy. I was out of town and needed to charge my laptop. Found this at the Davenport, IA store and saved the day so I could complete some work. The charger also charges my cellphone; so happy with it.

Truth ,it's a little pricey. I was a little skeptical about the usefulness of the built in USB charger but have grown to find it indispensable. Bought this charger while traveling because I had left my regular charger at the office. This is now my full-time go to charger and is one that I consider to be a Best Buy :-)

This thing just exudes quality. The materials feel top-notch. The cord itself is nice and long.The whole thing feels very durable. It charges my Dell XPS 15 without any issues. I love the extra USB charging ports. Not having a brick right in the middle of the power cord is great. Well worth the somewhat premium price.

I love this product. it comes with a plethora of fittings to work with almost any laptop models out there. warning, useless for Apple products and some Acer products. The cable is a specially long so came in very handy for areas where the plug socket was far away.

This is a great solution to your original power cord as long as your unit has the adapter with it. If not, don’t worry, they will ship you the required tip. The down side? It can take up to two weeks. I love the fact that they will ship a compatible tip free of charge, it lost a star on the time to arrive.

A friend needed a replacement charger for his laptop, so I picked this one up. It's a little on the pricey side but it works like a dream. It came with a good selection of plugs to fit different laptops, which is a plus. If he needs to replace his lap top in the future he can hang on to this one as a back up.

I love this charger! It charges everything so I don't have to worry about carrying several different chargers with me. It is compact and travels well. I lost my laptop charger and the company sent me the wrong one as a replacement. The Geek Squad recommended this one and I am glad I listened!

I got this as I left my charger in my vehicle when I boarded a flight the only issue anyone should have is if their device requires more wattage than this is rated. On the ‘I wish’ side, the USB ports are only rated for 1amp...I wish they were rated to charge most current phones

Very sturdy cords more so than cheap replacement plugs. The prongs for the plug fold when not in use. I really like this feature! This also comes with additional adapters to determine what might fit your laptop.

It's a good product to use. Needed to get a replace one cause the original had broken due to my cat, and this one works just as good as the original one that came with my computer

This is a must have for frequent travelers, especially if you have to travel with more than 1 laptop! It is sleek and fits easily into my cord pack. The long cord is very convenient. Also has several USB ports for my phone and tablet. Wish I had bought this a year ago!!
