For the price, you can't beat this multi coated filter. I want something inexpensive to protect my front element without sacrificing image quality, and I think this product does it, so I use these (in different sizes) exclusively for my lenses. If they get scratched up i just throw them away.

The filter certainly helps cuts out much of UV light that gives an unreal blueish tinge to images. It also protects the camera's lens free from dust. Wiping or blowing dust off the filter is easier than from the lens.

Works well with my Canon 90D and helps protect the lens.

I previously purchased a filter from Amazon that was covered in oil that nothing would remove. I threw that filter away and purchased the one from Best Buy that was just what I expected and wanted. I am now using the Best Buy Filter and now know better than to purchase things like this online.

Yes from a image quality perspective not nessesarily a great thing may even negatively affect image quality but it has literally saved my lenses multiple times from flying rocks and such. I would much rather buy this filter and have it break saving my expensive lens than having that same damage straight to the lense.

I love this UV filter - it acts as protection to my DSLR camera lens . It keeps it from getting scratched and if something damages the end of the lens - it will break this before my lens. I change mine out every 2 years , or sooner if it gets scratched.

I always recommend purchasing a lens filter to protect your lenses. It’s cheaper to replace a scratched filter than a lens. The Platinum line always makes quality products, at a great price. I highly recommend purchasing these at Best Buy!

Set my camera on a chair while in a pool. Then someone moved my camera 1 ft to floor and when i picked it up to use. The lense was shattered. I thought until i took it to the camera repair store. They took the lense cap off and everything was fine. So the 20$ lense saved my lense.

The first thing I buy for a new lens is this filter. Protects my lens without affecting my photos. Have had two times when lens was dropped and this filter saved it.

This brand is great for the price! It does exactly what it is made for and that is to filter UV and more importantly protect the lens for getting damaged. Glad I bought this instead of a more expensive brand!

I protect my lenses with UV filters. I've tested my photos both with and without this filter checking for any irregularities. So far, I've found none, and I like knowing my lens is protected from grit and scratches.

I purchased two of these Platinum - 67mm UV Lens Filters for both of my new camera lens. Besides reducing atmospheric haze in photos and minimizing internal lens reflections and flare they also serve as a great lens protector against scratches, etc. Magnificent quality.

This lens filter is exactly what you'd expect from a filter of this price range. It does its job. Protects your lens from accidental bumps or scratches on your much more expensive lens glass. I have not experienced any glare or light bouncing around in the lens.

Who wouldn’t want to protect their lens. Had one on my other camera and the camera fell out of my bag and the lens filter was destroyed but the camera lens was not damaged. Highly recommend.

This is a very high quality filter that I use it for my expensive lens, the canon 18 to 135 mm USM lens. It is almost clear or transparent and it protects my lens from dusts and dirt. I purchase another one for my canon 100mm macro L lens.

One does not need to buy a fancy lens filter while this is available. It has protected my lens in a very discreet way.

The lens filter is pretty decent although it scratched kind of easily. I am not sure how it happened as I always keep it under the cap.

I don't use my lenses without a filter. It saves the lens glass and can be replaced much easier and cheaper. This is a great filter, not too much money, and doesn't interfere with the quality of the lens. Wouldn't go without one on my lens.
