This is a great filter for a good price. It protects the front element of the lens and adds clarity to the image. I bought it on the website and a Best Buy employee ran it out to my car when I called. Super convenient, friendly service, and a great product.

Helps with glare and protects the lens. Is easy to fit in my camera bag.

Great lens protection withouth compromising quality

I'm really glad I found this product. When you buy an expensive camera at a camera shop you will pay twice or more the price of this filter. I had to order this one because of the larger size but it saved me about $60. and the quality is just as good as what the camera store has.

This filter fits and attaches to my Nikon lens easily. I not only use it for the uv filter aspect, but also to protect my lens. If it gets scratched, I'm disappointed, but not out hundreds of dollars due to a scratched lens. I buy filters for all of my lenses and wouldn't leave home without them!

Quality design, and fits the purpose. Much cheaper than other more established brands in the market. Since I use UV filters pretty much to protect the my Nikkor lens, it fits the purpose, for much less price I'd pay had I gotten some other established brands.

My advice is never to use a lens without a protective filter. The ease of cleaning and the assurance that the front element won't get scratched-- except in the most extreme circumstances--are worth the cost. Hoya NXT filters are some of the best at maintaining a clear and flare-free image.

needed this for my camera. i had one previously on my camera and then i accidently dropped the lens and this lens crack but my main lens didn't. so glad that i have this on the lens

I received a new Nikon D850 camera with equipment for Mothers Day and always put a UV lens filter on each lens I own to protect them from scrapes, scratches or small chips. I'm pleased with you the quality of the filter and will continue to use them.

I bought this filter as a transparent lens cap for my camera. It was shipped promptly to me by Best Buy and will serve me well. I cover all of my lenses with a UV filter just for protection of my lens.

The filter is exactly as described. It was flawless when I opened it, and it's also just great protection for your lens so you don't damage it. Would buy again!

If you're going to spend $1k+ on a camera lens, then spend the extra bit of cash and pick up a filter like this to protect your investment. There is nothing wrong with this filter and it is a solid choice.

What matters most is that the optics seem fine. The screw-thread took multiple attempts to get it to screw into my Nikon lens... and I know the challenge wasn't on the lens' side. But once in place, I don't anticipate needing to remove it anytime soon. This filter is significantly less expensive than the comparable Hoya filter and appears to be a good buy for the money.

I always get a lens protector for each of my lens. better careful than remorseful. these keep the dust and dirt out, protect your lens from scratches, and if you accidentally misplace your lens cap it's not the end of the world.

I'm glad this item came free with my Nikon D750 purchase. I was afraid that my 2-year old nephew would accidentally scratch my 24-120mm lens, but now I can rest more easy with this shield in the way! It also polarizes light pretty decently.

Send to do a good job with reducing haze. I primarily bought it to protect my 70-200mm glass from being scratched. I've only have it a month, and the outer black rim is turning grey/white, as if it's wearing off, but not sure how that's the case because I take very good care of my equipment.

Only reason to use UV filters on digital cameras is to protect the lens and this does its job. I haven't noticed any degradation of image quality on my D7100 paired with my Nikon 17-55 f2.8 lens. Comes in a nice case.

I am a professional photographer. I purchased this to protect my camera lens without having discoloration. Overall, it is a great lens protector. I habe noticed that some dust has all gotten on the lens. But it has done a great job keeping with the standard coloration as if I was shooting without the lens protector on. Overall, great purchase!
