I would rather put a few dollars into a lens UV filter than risk having something happen to my expensive lens. This filter doesn't seem to really affect the quality or color of the images I take and I am generally very happy with it.

The filter arrived in great condition and I put it straight onto my Sigma 24mm Art 1.4. I tested for any ghosting or poor effects and I couldn't find any problems. I will leave it on there all the time!

I've purchased a few of these for various lenses and they are a must have. Good clarity and quality for the price and it's much cheaper to replace these then to send your lens off if you damage the front glass.

This filter made my photo vacation, through the canyon lands of the southwest, so much more fun! The colors that it brought out were amazing. From the way the red rocks & cliffs popped next to the deepest of blue skies, to how it made the greens, from ever elusive trees and shrubs, shine like gems. The build quality is 2nd to non. Its slimness is perfect for my ultra wide lens. I was worried that it would be more prone to cross threading, due to its slim build, but, that was never an issue.

It's like buying a screen protector for your phone. It's a no brainer. It doesn't negatively affect your pictures and protects your lens from scratches.

This UV filter came with my camera as a bonus item. I would have purchased a UV filter anyway, because I always use one to protect the front lens in my camera lenses. This UV filter seems to work very well.

We use this to protect the glass of our camera lens. It’s definitely worth it considering the investment of a DSLR lens. I’d much rather scratch this than the actual lens.

I keep lens filters on all of my glass to prevent scratches. I've never noticed a difference with the filter on or off so I cant really say that it improves photo quality or reduces lens flare.

This is a good investment for any lens. Protects the front element as well as the lens filter ring from being damage. I never buy a lens with out purchasing this filter along with it.

Platinum lens filters do more than help take beautiful images, they protect the expensive lenses used to take the photos. I would recommend this product to other enthusiasts.
