Charge your devices or use your hair dryer anywhere. Two USB ports and one three prong plug. Use the adapter mode for phones, camera, laptops, etc and the converter mode for things like hair dryers. It does weigh one pound which might turn some people off.

This product did the job in more than 6 major cities in Italy. Charged iPhones (7 & X), Apple Airpods, Apple Watch, a Tripp-Lite Power Bank adapter, and Dell laptop perfectly. Great value to stay charged up while visiting Italy. Used Adapter Mode for my Dell laptop and USB. Curling Iron had to be used in converter mode. USB charging only works in Adapter mood.

Had to decide between bigger unit that held 2 charging items and had multiple plugs for many countries and small EU unit which only held One .choose the former which I think was the right pick If space challenged with packing this is pretty big

This is what one needs for international travel, with a big exception -- it's not totally internationally compatible. Meaning you can't plug in any type of plug for the conversion. I have hair dryers, straightners, etc. from Germany and Australia, and I can't plug those in to this device. So if you need a converter/adapter that utilizes both the intake and output for multiple plug options, this is not the one to get. (Thus, the reason for my return.)

I've used a handful of these converters or all-in-one travel chargers that have usb ports but this is the one what you want! 2 usb options, 3 prong US power port, convert or adapt. Has it all!

Nice addition when traveling overseas. Would like to see it with a USB-C slot. It’s also clunky and depending on the outlet might lean downward looking like its about to fall out of the plug slot (europe). It works, and that’s most important. Would give 5 stars if it worked with clippers better. Does not convert perfectly. Clippers still ran too high with this. Learned it the hard way!

I recently purchased 2 of these converter/adapters for an extended trip to Africa. I would like to give a higher rating but unfortunately, one of the units worked great, and one of the units never worked. The power light showed red indicating it was receiving power but it never successfully charged my camera batteries or iPhone, or laptop. Paying $60 for a converter/adapter that did not work was disappointing especially since I had multiple electronics that I needed to daily charge. I did like the feature that it has 2 USB ports for charging in addition to a plug socket on the one unit that did work. Maybe I just got one bad product. I hope that Best Buy will replace the unit that is not working. I'm willing to give it another chance since the one unit worked fine. The only problem is how to check if it is working/converting power or not BEFORE traveling?

Worked flawlessly on a recent trip to the U.K. Plus the USB ports came in very handy charging our two phones. Relatively small size and all-in-one design make it easy to pack.

We bought this for our trip to Iceland and it definitely came in handy. There was no outlets in Iceland like we have in the states so the converter was well worth the cost.

Buy when it's on sale. Pretty good deal for a converter and adapter in one. Just note that when it's in converter mode can't use USBs.
