    Nice and compact but difficult to maintain on the outlet based on your foreign country’s outlet. Tends to turn the fireign country’s outlet based on the fact they have an outlet switch on every outlet.

    This works but there are better adaptors out there at the same price. Found an adaptor and converter for less money and higher quality with case on line. Best Buy should upgrade its offer.

    It's a bit heavy and had difficulty staying plugged in when in Europe. Charged my cell phone quickly when plugged into the 5 watt, very slow when plugged into the 120v receptacle.

    This device is supposed to be universal, but when I arrived in the UK I was surprised to find out it wouldn't fit the outlets because of a black springy thing where the third prong was supposed to be. I figured out that it pops out and fits into the outlets - so this is truly universal! And the USB outlets work as advertised.
