I'm using this flash on my new Canon 6D camera. I've only had the flash for a few days, and I've been using it mostly with portraits as a fill flash. I can shoot at a fairly high rate, and the flash keeps up. Good recycle time. Price is right!

Purchased this because I needed an external flash and didn't want to spend the money for the official Canon flash. It's good and does what I need it to do but be aware compared to the Canon flash it's heavy. It's a trade off and worth it for me because I don't use it all that often but if I used it more I'd probably for the Canon flash instead.

I am not a great photographer by any stretch but I am learning. I read the reviews and this seemed to be a great flash for my level of experience. I have since taken the best portrait ever using my flash and couldn't be happier with the new photos I have been taking. I am super impressed with this brand and hope to buy more products from them.

I recently got this external flash for my Canon Rebel T5 and I am not disappointed! I used to think that my camera's built it flash was enough to take great pictures but I was wrong. It really makes a difference using this sort of tool, and if you are a beginner, like myself, this is a good start! Give it a try!

I've been a professional photographer for over 10 years and I love this flash because I can use it as a 2nd or 3rd flash for technical shoots on the floor or in the sky without worrying about hurting my more expensive flashes. This flash gives a lot of options that the more expensive name brand flashes give. This flash is great for a bigginer to amateur photographer, or even a professional photographer using it as an extra flash in a scene. This medium powered flash is a great option for the money.. good as a backlight or extra fill light for a location or sunset shoot.

I bought this as my other external light wasn't doing the job. I have a Canon T6i...I was hesitant at first but the price was too good to pass up on sale for $47.99 from $119.99. I have used it for a 1st Birthday party and a wedding.. The pictures are beautiful, sharp and colors so vibrant. I am very happy with this purchase..

I was impressed with the quality of this flash. I didn't realize how much of a difference it would make to have an aftermarket flash. The regular flash on my Cannon Rebel didn't do half the lighting that this product provides. Im extremely happy with my purchase.

This flash was recommended to me as a great addition to my Canon and it has surpassed my expectations. Due to some of the lenses I use there is a need for a vertical flash to fill in the “dark” spaces being reflected from the lens. I highly recommend this external flash for the price!

Great external flash for beginner photographers. It provides the addition lighting needed when shooting pictures at night. However, for the price you are getting a good quality product.

Just bought this one a couple of days ago and so far so good, makes a huge difference in picture quality. Would definitely recommend to someone who is just getting started in their photography career and even to someone more advanced in photography. Well priced for overall quality.

Flash works great. This is my first time using the flash so I need to go figure out all the settings but having fun with it. It's not a cannon flash which those are very expensive but it works with my cannon and alot less expensive. I'm glad I bought it!

If you are looking for one affordable speed light flash this it your flash. Nice light and great response to any setting coming from your camera. You can used it as your main Flash and have other little flashes lighting other areas of your subject. cheers.

Used this flash the same day I purchased it. Needed an external flash last minute and at a price I was able to afford for an event in such short notice. Indoor pictures looked great because the flash was bright enough to capture details in every shot.

originally got this for a t5i. and found that it also works on the sony a6000 and sony hx50v. really cant go wrong.

Great external flash but it runs through the batteries pretty quick

I was able to get this on a clearance deal. It is a great entry-level flash, but it is heavy, so do take that into consideration. It works like it is supposed to with no issues, just a little heavy.

This is a nice flash for the price, it works very well and makes a big difference when used. The downside is it drains the batteries kinda quickly and if it is not angled right it will not work.

The is the first external flash I have owned in a while, so they are way more advanced now then when I last had one. As such, between the camera and flash the operation is somewhat complicated if you use it for anything but full auto. With that being said... My first disappointment with this flash is that it came with an instruction book in spanish. Not half english half spanish, only spanish. Not very useful to me. So I had to find it online and download it. I haven't printed it. The second "flaw" is refresh time. It is a bit slow to recharge for back-to-back photos. I bought it to use to photograph a family member's wedding. I would say that refresh was 30-60 seconds. I did not time it, but when you are asking people to smile and wait, it is an eternity. For normal day-to-day use, I would rate it as excellent. FYI...repeated rapid use of the flash resulted in extremely hot batteries. I depleted them mid ceremony (they were not fresh; I had already been using them before) and changed them out with extra's I purchased beforehand. When I removed the depleted batteries, they were incredibly hot...so hot you would not be able to put them in your pocket or hold them in your hand for an extended period. for the price I paid, it was worth it. Just knowing the refresh time is really important depending on use.

This has been a great flash. Its just as good as canon's I have used and for half the price.

Nice flash for the price and has rapid recharge... not it much as of yet but playing around I think it'll do what I'm i'm looking for
