I especially love the safety tether that comes with the kit as it gives me a sense of security when using my GoPro on the lake.

Not worth it. Price seemed good for the mix of accessories, but I found everything to be too flimsy. The elastic straps for the chest piece lose their elasticity quickly and the plastic is not nearly as durable as the analog GoPro-branded accessories I own. The tripod fell ONE TIME - without my GoPro on it - aproximately 0.91 meters to my simulated hardwood floor and two of the three mounting flanges shattered off. It's now useless, but I did try to glue it in desperation. The plastic should be more impact resistent to partner with the rugged GoPro camera.

The extension stick in this product broke within 15 minutes of lite use. I purchased the product just before my vacation in Jamaica; while I was on vacation I was unable to connect with Best buy. I contacted them a couple of days after my return and within 30 days of the product being delivered to my door. I used the chat service that ultimately lied by stating that they would provide a discount on purchasing a different product; stating that it was outside of the 15-day period from delivery that it was outside of the warrantee period and then they gave me a number to speak to the manager that ended up talking to a voice directory that hung up on me.

Literally the first time I used this kit the prongs on one of the chest mount pieces both snapped off. The individual items seem decent, the plastic the mounts are made of are brittle though so be prepared for those to snap.

This kit is an excellent value proposition for those just beginning to scratch the surface of the GoPro world. There may be higher quality and more versatile products on the market but this kit is great for beginner or casual/occasional use of your GoPro camera. It allows you to explore the most useful videography options using your GoPro without breaking the bank. Thus allowing you to determine which method you prefer best without making too significant an investment.

I bought this kit mostly for the chest harness, but it didn't fit me properly. I'm only 5'1" (and female "anatomy") and when adjusted properly, the shape of the plastic plate in the front (one corner of the plate shaped longer than the rest) made it so the harness fit me crookedly. Otherwise, the items all seemed decent quality.

I've used my GoPro kit on numerous trips and love all the accessories that it came with. The tripod stand works wonderfully. I used the floating handle while snorkeling and it came in handy. Great case too!

I scored this product on a Black Friday sale. I think I only paid $29.99 for it. I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and all the accessories that came in this pack are great. I definitely recommend buying this with your GoPro! Everything is easy to use.
