This case offers fairly good protection for your tablet. It's a sturdy, high quality case that's easy to use, and it's a lovely color (blue). It's a bit tough inserting your tablet in the stiff, plastic corner holders at first, but this gets better with time and use. I do wish that the case had a clasp, but you can use the straps for the keyboard to keep it closed. The case is too unstable to stand on its own in the upright video viewing angle; you must prop it up against something. Also, the case will trap heat, so it's important to remove your tablet when/if it gets too warm so that it doesn't overheat. Overall, this is a nice case that I would recommend.

This cover is probably not the coolest looking one on the market but it is business-like and provides good protection. The kick-stand is better than some others I have seen and the pen holder is nice and convenient (easy to grab the pen)

This case is a pretty good protective case but it definitely adds weight to your Surface Pro. The kickstand on the case works well but does not alloy a big as range as on the Surface Pro.

Good protection for Surface Pro (and Pro 4). Bought 3 for employees. Nice in that it protects the device even while in use (unlike a sleeve that only protects while stored/in transit). One minor drawback is that you are unable to access the microSD slot while the cover is on. You can have a card in, but you cannot insert or remove it. If weight is of convern you might not like that this cover weighs about as much as the tablet and nearly doubles the total thickness.

Fits perfect and feels great. I love the stand in the back and the holder for the pen.

I have been using this case for over a year and find it to be very quality. It not only protects my entire Surface Pro 4 but it also has its own integrated kickstand which takes the load off of the Surface built in kick stand. This was one of the two cases that Best Buy offered in the store. This was the better of the two options, in my opinion. However, after using it for a week or two, I found it to be too cumbersome, if you ever like using the Surface as a tablet, and the kickstand on the back is a downgrade compared to the one already built into the back of the Surface Pro 4. If you want to use the Surface as a tablet, the case cover and attached type cover do not folder over very well. It's much easier to take the Surface out of the case entirely. "Easier" is used loosely here because the case keeps the Surface very secure, so taking it out isn't intended to be easy. The kickstand integrated into the cover holds the Surface comfortably in place, but it is narrow and can only be set to one position: Open. The Surface's integrated kickstand allows you to set the screen position at a wide variety of angles depending on your preference. It is also the full width of the Surface, which allows you to sit it on your lap, if the need arises. This is a high-quality case. There is no question about that. However, it appears to be primarily intended for those who will merely use the Surface as a computer with the keyboard attached OR as a tablet with no keyboard attached. If you are either one of those users, then this case should work well. Though, it's too cumbersome for someone who intends to use it as both, which is for what the Surface is most effectively designed. If you like to switch between functions, then I'd recommend a case that protects the device, but doesn't inhibit the built in features like the kickstand and the ability to fold the type cover out of the way and use it as a tablet. There is a case by Kensington (available at online retailers) that I'm using now and it's exactly what I need. I intended to return this case.

I purchased one of these a few years ago for my Surface and had issues with where the pen holder sat and how the Surface fit into the case. They listened to reviews and made the adjustments and it has a great fit and is much for functional. I have also dropped my tablet multiple times and it holds up to the wear and tear.

The case is attractive, simple and easy to use. I love the kickstand and especially the placement for the Surface pen. Makes my light and awesome Surface feel light but protects it from damage. Great product and is standing up to the test of time from someone who is not so easy on these kind of items.

My goal was to protect my purchase of the Microsoft Surface Pro and to present a professional image for business. The complete unit with keyboard is still lighter and more compact than my old laptop. This folio meets my expectations. I believe it will hold up well--it is fairly new yet.

By far the best case I have seen for a surface. Professional looking, slim, and it works...I know because I have dropped my Surface a few times. The only slight downside is that the little flap used to hold out the kickstand bends so it always pushes out my kickstand slightly.

I like this case because it is both durable and professional looking. This is the second one I've purchased because this one is for my spouse. I am a little rough with my laptops, phones and tablets and this portfolio is very reliable. Love it.

I researched several options for my Surface Pro 3 for protection and professional look. This has been an excellent choice. It's easy to use, well constructed for durability and maintains a sleek professional profile. I recommend this product.

Stopped into the local store looking for a case for my surface pro. This was the nicest of the choices, AND to sweeten the deal, it was on clearance for $15.00. Can't beat that!!! Fits well, and looks great

Awesome case, I can add a keyboard it will hold it. It stand open, you can also flip the case to have an angle while drawing of working with the pen. Has a holder for the pen and straps to keep it closed.

As compared to my previous cases this case feels heavy. It is made from faux leather and I don't expect it survive long. I got is for $6 and for that price it is fine but I would not recommend any one to buy for $40.

I had the first generation of Surface Pro and I could never find a great case. This one is made for the Pro4 and I love it. Has a good sturdy kickstand and a place for the pen and the surface fits right in
