Not sure if it was a dirty returned case or a manufacturer defect but I waited several days for the case to be delivered and it was blotchy and white/faded- It looked terrible and I was very disappointed. I called Best Buy, and after over 20 minutes wasted on the phone, the representative arranged for a new one to be shipped to me, but I need to print out a return label and locate and drive to either a best buy store or a USPS store, neither of which are convenient for me to get to and are another waste of my time. All of this hassle for a $14 phone case? I don't have time for this.

Love the case. Very sturdy and much thicker then my previous case. Best purchase I ever did since I keep on dropping my phone. It has protected it from dropping several times or from getting screen scratches when I place it in my purse full of stuff including keys. Has 2 inside pockets where I can fit my ID and credit card if I dont want to take my whole wallet. Still looks great even today.

This case is sturdy and well made. The inside pockets are plenty big enough to carry cards and cash so I can leave my wallet at home. My only complaint about this type of case is that the cover tends to fly open when dropped and the glass will smash so I have resorted to using a rubber band to hold it closed in case of a drop. I would think a simple strap or closing style hinge would solve. Even so very happy with it!

Nice quality material. I like that there is room for cash and credit cards. Protects phone well and fits securely. Amazing deal with a price 85% off! Very satisfied.

This Samsung s10 leather cover is nice. It also comes with pockets for ID and or credit cards. The leather is soft and elegant. The cover helps protect the phone front and back.

I bought this case for my wife’s new cell phone, and she loves it. The phone has been dropped several times without any damage to the phone or the case, so I would say this case does everything it advertises and then some. It is well built, durable, and can take a beating!

Great case and high quality! Fit my Samsung Galaxy s10 like a glove. The compartments for cards or cash is secure and fits alot. I have not had a problem with anything falling out. A little tough to remove the phone from the case but not too bad.

I have always had leather folio cases for my Samsung Galaxy Cells phones. The Platinum is very well made. Should last for years. I like to folio type cases they protect the screen.

The case works fine for the S10. Protects the phone well and the slots for credit cards /IDs are very useful.

This has to be one of the most protective phone covers at one of the most reasonable prices, countless times I would drop my phone and it would land on the screen causing me to either replace my zagg windshield or the screen of a phone, either one is quite costly or just plain time consuming. My only concern would be that they need to add a magnetic strip to keep the case from opening up when you want it sealing the face of the screen.

A bit bulky but offers great protection fro phone. Sturdy and quite well made. Should last long.

nice leather with 2 sleeves on the inside of the cover. Had one before, keeps the screen pristine.

I just love my Platinum Folio phone case . I never worry if my phone gets bumped or dropped it's very sturdy . in purse itis protected from anything that could scratch or bump it. easy to hold. It's the best phone case I've ever had, Don't stop making this style
