I do not like this case. I dropped my phone once and the case broke open and thus cracked the back of my phone. This is a bad overall case.

Best Buy's Platinum House Brand of holster phone cases for Samsung have been terrific, except for the EDGE phones...this case is not very protective, splits off when the phone falls. The holster clip has broken 3 times. Removing the phone from the holster is problematic, also...The design engineers did not do a good job and should seriously rethink this one! I'd be willing to try their better ideas...Seek alternatives!

I was needing a protective case with a belt clip. This was the only one I could find at Best Buy. The store floor sales person guaranteed this was the best phone case for my Galaxy S7 Edge... against my better judgement I bought it. Less than 1 month my phone will not stay secured in the case, it kept falling out, this last time today caused the screen to Crack, the belt clip also broke. Expensive price for garbage

I usually love their cases, this one is the exception. I dropped my phone and the case popped right off, now my screen is cracked

I have had two of these and break over time from normal use. This brand use to be great, but anymore, they just don't hold up.

The stand repeatedly broke off until I finally lost it. You cant clip the phone inside of your pants (gym) because of the tab, that same tab gets in the way when you talk on the phone. If you snap the phone in the opposite way so that the tab is not on your way, you cant charge it or plug your headphones in. I only bought this case because i couldnt find an otterbox. I regret not waiting

While Platinum is Seidio's in-store brand, this case does not measure up to any of the cases previously purchased from Seidio. After putting Zagg's Glass on a new S7 Edge, just putting the case on once broke the glass. If you use VR or any other application that requires taking the phone out on a regular basis, this is not the case for you...I know it wasn't for me.

At the time of my phone purchase it was the only case available in store. Fyi, this is a two piece case and when dropped it pops apart like a GAG GIFT sending the phone flying!! Which in my case resulted in serious/expensive to repair damage to the phone. It should not be sold!!

I really dont like it's heavy and i swapped for a lighter case.

I have owned a few Platinum series on other phones and loved them. on this one the sides are to high and could hardly get the phone into the case as it was very tight. Had to return it and get a different style. If they fix the design I will purchase one.

This case is not worth paying $1. The case always come apparently when you un-holster the phone. If you drop the phone the case breads apart. I dropped my phone and way the holster broke apart it flipped the phone out and cracked the screen. 10 thumbs down

In short the case doesn't stay on if you drop the phone. I had an incident where the phone popped out of the holder hit the ground the case flew off and the screen cracked. It kind of defeats the purpose of the case if its going to come of on impact.

Did not like the the shell. It comes in two pieces and snaps together. If the phone is dropped it comes apart exposing the phone. The belt clip is nice and holds the phone securely.

Wife dropped her phone twice, case fell apart both times. The first time a small crack at the corner of impact. The second time multiple cracks at the corner of impact. Not my idea of a protective case.
