Screen cracked on my S7 edge the first time it dropped from less than a foot. This case offers no protection what so ever, and Im sure the company will not get my phone fixed.

Very disappointed that case broke and inconvenienced that I have to send to manufacture to get a replacement. Cheaply made for what it actually cost

Not sturdy at all. Dropped it once, and it fell apart. The clip in the back was so cheap, it wouldn't work from the start.

For the 1st time ever I broke my phone using this brand of case. My phone's camera shattered while it was in the csse.

Was not much to choose from so bought this case until I could buy something else. Glad I did! A little hard at first to get out of holster with one hand but got easier with a little practice. I see this as a good thing because I don't want it so easy that it falls out. Snaps into holster easily and fits snugly. I tried it in every position and holster does't poke me in my side. I read where some people said phone was rattling around in case or case was falling apart. I am wondering if they have the wrong case or did not put this one together correctly. When I was looking at cases I picked up the case for the S6 Edge Plus. They look the same but the S6 Edge Plus will let your S7 Edge rattle around. I also did not see the instructions at this time as they were hidden under the Plastic insert. Once I had put the two halves together properly, they stayed together even when I drop tested it. The belt clip is sturdy and works well as a stand in both vertical and horizontal positions. Over all I am very happy with this case.

Ive had this case since day one release. Its a great fit. I'm not sure why others say "it separates when dropped, or rattles". When properly installed, the phone case itself, snaps together. The clasps on the belt case hold it securely in place and doesn't come loose or out until you release it with the tabs. I am very active at home and work and it has held together very well. The only negative is that the case is a snug fit which tends to "push" a bit on my Zagg screen protector on the bottom edge near the home button but not enough to damage it or compromise it. I would buy another if this one ever breaks.

Let me start out by saying why I even got this case, I buy my phone and don't have the money to buy a case for another few days so when I go to get a case there is only 3 edge cases to choose from. I get this one as per is was a good price, not extremely ugly, and figure it will work until I can get a better case. Which it will, it will work for a month before more cases come out, but that's just about it. Cons: It's not a secure case (the phone rattles inside), if you have ANY grease on your fingers the case will pretty much absorb it, and I dropped it from my hand onto a counter I was resting my wrist on and it fell about 2 inches and it popped open. Also the heart rate monitor has a hard time reading correctly with it on but all cases might be like that I'm not sure. Pros: Kickstand seems secure, the rubbery texture makes your phone easier to grip, and the case does look good on a gold s7. Pretty much if you just really need a case until the ones you like come onto the market it will work but I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm a huge fan of the Platinum phone cases and have used this brand for many of my phones over the last few years. I WAS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED with this case for my new Samsung S7 Edge. The phone rattles in the case, and does not have enough protection for the glass surface of the phone. This product was poorly made for such an expensive device. Platinum take this one back to the drawing board and give us that usual product that gave me piece of mind. Now shopping for case that will protect my phone. Love the new feature on the kickstand holster and THAT'S IT!! I don't usually comment, but I want buyers to protect their expensive devices.
