I purchased this case with high expectations b.c. I had the same one for my Note 3 and loved it. This case let me down. Although it fits well into the holster, the case itself isn't well built. The case seperates everytime you drop the phone, regardless of the height from 6in to 6 ft. Drop it on the carpet, a bed, the ground, same thing. If you drop your phone, it will separate from the case upon impact and still hit the ground. Good luck!

This holster and case was great for a while. It fit my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge perfectly! The Phone was snug and secure. My first problem happened when one time my phone did fall out of the holster and the phone screen cracked. I thought I may have not placed it back in the holster securely. I paid to replace my phone screen. This recently happened a 2nd time. This time as I was taking my phone out of the holster, the phone fell out of the case and broke the phone screen again. The 2 piece case now easily comes apart and won't stay securely together. The case came apart causing to phone to fall out and crack the screen again! I think Best Buy should pay to replace my screen!

For a large phone this case works very well on a belt. The actual phone case comes in two pieces and will separate if dropped. Overall, a convenient way to carry your phone.

My phone fell to the ground the case exploded into two pieces my phone went one way does not protect at all I would recommend this to no one do not waste your money get yourself a better case I will use the clip to see if it works with a better phone cover

I purchased this on 3/11/16. I dropped the phone a few times and the case popped open and phone fell out. The last time, it hit concrete from about 2.5 feet, broke open and my new S7 edge plus screen was destroyed. Customer service on the 800 line is useless. It says full protection in the description and 1 year warranty on the box, and the rep said it wasn't meant to protect. The two part inner phone case is FAULTY!!! Highly disappointed in workmanship and customer service. It was a big mistake to buy this. Now it's going to cost me $200.00 to use my insurance. They refunded me my money though. My first and last time dealing with BEST BUY platinum customer service.

Holster works fine but the case slips apart. My phone screen was ruined because the case came apart as the phone hit the ground. The second bounce broke the phone. The case simply popped off.

We chose this case (purchased same time as the phone) as it was the only case in the store with a holster. It does NOTHING TO PROTECT THE PHONE, the first time my husband dropped the phone the 2 pieces of the case popped apart and flew in opposite directions!! It's like a GAG GIFT!! The SCREEN on the two week old phone CRACKED (the S7 Edge was new so there was not a Zagg protector available yet) and the phone was ruined. We don't have ins so $350 for a new screen. It should be removed from the store shelves!!!!

This was my favorite case. It used to fit perfectly on the GS5. This does not fit the S7. When you move the phone it shakes within the case. The feel is not the same it feels cheaper to the touch.

I bought this Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge case on the recommendation of a friend as I had just dropped my phone and needed to replace it. I needed better protection. I read the reviews of this case and most were positive. What I experienced was the case not staying firmly on the phone. The case broke apart and fell off as my phone fell to the ground. I now have another cracked phone. I will not buy another case like this and I don't recommend it.

I dropped my phone 3 times. Each time the case came apart when it hit the ground. Time for a new back glass. This case is a piece of junk. I have electrical tape holding it together now. Didn't read reviews. Went into my local Best But for an OtterBox after Christmas and this was the ONLY case with a belt clip available for a Galaxy S7 Edge. Should have gone online.

I bought this case when i first purchased my S7 becuase i wanted a belt clip and it was the only one i found instore. I had to return the first one due to the kickstand not staying down every time i sat the phone down. The case is cool but it slides along my belt. Its not perfect but it gets the job done.

I loved my S5 case. This one, however, is horrible. My new S7 rattles and shakes within the case. I am returning to Best Buy ASAP. New S7 owners stay away from purchasing this case!!!

So I dropped my new s7 edge about 12 inches and when it hit the ground it bounced. While in the air from the bounce the case sepperated and flew off in 2 pieces allowing the phone to land face down and shatter. Find a better one

I have had this case and holster for five months. The holster is okay but the case breaks apart too often and I don't think it's protecting against forces that could damage my phone. My phone still works and I'm shopping for another set.... probably an OtterBox.

Was looking for a case with a slimmer design and i found that with this case. However when using it i found that it almost takes two hands to remove phone from holster because of the elongated sides. Second while using the the phone i noticed that it slides and moves around inside the case it self. If these two problem areas were resolved i think this would be a great case.

I wish I would have read the reviews for this case/holster before I trusted it with my brand new $700 S7 Edge. At the time, Seidio, my preferred vendor, did not have a case uavailable for the S7 Edge, or I would have purchased it from them! I could not go without a case and holster. When my phone popped out of the holster and fell to the concrete, I was heartbroken. I have never cracked a phone EVER!! I can't say that any more, thanks to Best Buy (who would do NOTHING to redress the wrong caused by their faulty product when I went to the store manager), I have a damaged phone that would cost me $200 for an insurance deductible. Now that we are battling colon cancer in our house, I won't get the damage fixed. Spending $200 to fix a phone is too frivolous these days. Thank you, Best Buy, for adding on to what I am dealing with already.

Unfortunately i have to give at least one star or i would give zero!!! I purchased this case for my s7 edge because I have used this brand in the past with no issues, however this design is horrible. If you are unfortunate and drop your phone like I did the case pops apart immediately. I dropped mine from approximately 18 inches (I was sitting down eating lunch), the case came apart and my phone that I've only had a week is now cracked on the corner. Also it's a real pain to remove it from the belt clip, which is how i dropped it to begin with, you need both hands due to the corner of the clip not allowing you to remove it one handed. I'm definately going to return mine.

This product is very bad designed, reason being the phone has edge displays and the case says its for the edge but its clearly not , you cant use the edge displays, because they are covered by the case... so why bother naming it an edge case.... There is clearly a design flaw on this product so I really do not recommend buying this product, waste of money and time. please make this product better.
