    This flash unit was intended as a temporary replacement of my defective NIKON speedlight SB-600. What the reviews did not disclose was that this flash is about 2 inches longer than the SB-600. As a result the new flash does not fit in my camera bag. I decided to keep it since it was inexpensive and functioned fine as a slave unit.
