I’ve had this book bag for about 5 months and the bottom has already ripped. This book bag IMO is just too expensive to rip that quick.

Although this item is functional, The grommets are already popping out, leaving behind holes.

Great bag! Has a lot of compartments and is perfect for my needs.

I expect these things to last longer is all it started developing holes

I had my previous backpack for at least 7 years. I have not had this one for a month or less and I noticed it is unraveling at the seam by the handle. I purchased it for handle.

One of the cheaper backpacks at Best Buy. Bought it to carry whatever I want to take to work. I might have the sizing/adjusting off because it keeps sliding off the shoulders. This is a stiff bag, so carrying on just one shoulder is a task, keeps falling. The nice thing about it is that it has a very sturdy handle on top and it doesn't look like it will ever come off, so you are able to carry it from there anywhere or anyhow you can. Not a bad bag.

I purchased this backpack/case when I bought my laptop a couple months ago. I carry it everyday from my car into my office, but rarely even opened it. I noticed today that the bottom of it was completely ripped. For what I paid and as little as I use it, it should have lasted a long time.

Great back but rips easily. Disappointed bc thought it would last.

I got this for my son to take to college with his laptop. Before the month was over he just told me that the book bag had come undone at the top corners. I was surprised I thought it would last his whole college career but it did not last a month.

Gave bag as a gift and it was well received by friend.

Purchased this bag as a gift and it didnt last 3 months before it started coming apart at the seams. Looks good on the shelf but is poorly made. Bestbuy will not back the products they sell if they fall apart within a reasonable time frame.

Don’t waste your money buying this. Ripped twice at the bottom on two different bags.

Bought based off of great reviews. Daughter used it for less than a month for school and one of the side pockets ripped. Disappointed.

Stitching did not hold up nor did buttons on front. Overpriced for poorly made bag.

I've never really cared about a backpack before and I bought this on a whim, but this bag has made me a backpack snob. I put specific things in each compartment and it has the perfect number of compartments for me. I especially like the passport pocket, because I like to know where it is at all times. I also appreciate that it has the passthrough for my luggage. I've been using this bag for two years and have taken it all over the world and every trip I fall more in love with it. It feels very padded and comfortable too. I will use this bag until it completely wears out.... and then I'll buy another one.

This backpack offers plenty of room for everything I'm carrying on my business trips. Quality is fantastic and it offers an excellent value. I'd say it's very comparable to the Swiss Gear one at a fraction of the cost.

I love this bag, that's one purchase that i wont regret. A lot of space. good protection for my laptop and the iPad whenever i'm travelling

Bought this backpack in September and had to throw it away in February. The bottom of the backpack where the straps latch to the bag completely ripped. The backpack appears to be durable, but it is made cheaply and is poor quality. Please stay away from this product.
