It's perfect for traveling to and from the office!

Light weight bag, and easy to carry. All of my work items fit nicely in the bag.

I bought this bag for my wife's birthday,since it would hold her laptop, Kindle, and phone, at the end of August, by the beginning of October, both shoulder straps have cracked all the way through. I went to Best Buy and was told to contact Platinum, a Best Buy subsidiary. I called Platinum and the customer service agent said to take it back to Best Buy and they would exchange the bag for a new one. I went to Best Buy today and was told that they will not exchange it, that Platinum is responsible for the exchange and that they were known for giving customers the runaround. If my wife didn't like the bag so much, and since it's still under warranty, I wouldn't even go through the trouble.

I bought the tote bag to hold my MacPro and had a good experience until a few months in the material in the strap shifted and became limp and the material at the bottom of the bag started to come off making it look cheap. this is a good buy if you are not looking for a long lasting bag. you will get a good 3 months before wear and tear kicks in

Perfect size , perfect compartments. Doesn't look cheap . Super happy

Within a few months of owning this tote, the straps began to fall apart. The leather began to tear and it's only gotten worse since then. This product isn't meant to hold very heavy items, clearly. So I don't recommend it. Got it for school and it doesn't do well with carrying books.
