I would like to add a note about the staff at best buy. They were very helpful in helping me find the band and telling me hoe to change bands. The store was fairly busy yet I never felt rushed. It was a small sale for the store but they were as willg to help out a if I was buying a large item like a computer.

I had to purchase a new band because the little rubber band that held the watch band in place broke! I couldn’t find a matching pink one so replaced the band. Unfortunately, after about 2 months, my Fitbit stopped working! Grrrr. No fault of the band.
