I didn't know about fast chargers/ cords until I got my current cell phone from my son in law, that came with a 'fast' charger cord. I like the fact that I can charge my tablets and Kindles so must faster than I used to be able to do … especially helpful since I read a lot and have more than one Kindle and/or tablet to keep charged so I don't have to wait for them to be charged.

I was in Daytona Beach Florida attending Biketober-fest Oct 16-21 2018. Two days in, my Samsung galaxy S8 charger stopped working. I took it to Bestbuy and the sales associate tested my system to find that the cable was fine but the charging block had gone bad. He recommended this wall-charger as it had the fast charge capability like my factory one did but it also had an additional USB port for additional charging needs. I still had four more days away from home and had to have a charger and eventhough my Samsung charger was only six months old, they would not warranty the device. I bought this charger and it has proven to be the best wall-charger I have ever had. Charges faster than my original one and the additional USB port has come in handy for charging my MP-3 player and other devices. Great product at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this product to anyone needing a quality wall-charger. Way better than the factory device that came with my Samsung S8.

The charger is great it is 3.0 amps. It can charge iPads, iPhones, Xbox controllers and does it super fast. I love that there is a blue glows to show that the item is charging. The only complaint I have is that there was only 1 charger to purchase. My husband wanted the charger and was sad I was giving as a XMAS gift

I went on a trip recently and my dual port, high speed charger started charging at such a low rate that my phone's battery only went from 27% to 65% being on the charger overnight, so I stopped in at a local Best Buy and bought this charger. The charger claims up to 3 amps at 5 volts. My Samsung Note 8 can use up to 2.2 amp at 5 volts so it not only takes care of that phone but will most likely handle my next phone, which I am sure will accept even a higher charging current. The charger will also auto-sense the needed voltage and switch between 5v, 9v and, 12v while providing up to 18 watts max output. For travel, storage is made a little easier because the plug prongs fold into the charger resulting in a clean cube to put into your backpack or suitcase. When plugged in, the charger has a blue halo light that illuminates. That's cute, but I fail to see any useful purpose since even in total darkness, I'd be able to find my phone by it's own illumination and the brightness is not enough to be a useful nightlight. Besides, I can't really see myself walking around in a strange hotel room in total darkness.

When you use your phone as a juke box, you require lighting fast recharges. This is the answer to the "Oh no I have no juice, I need a quick charge". It will give a 50% charge to a dead phone in 10 minutes, and a totally dead phone charges 100% in one hour! I don't leave home without my rapid charger. It's great for droids, and I-phones.
