Very expensive but great quality. It can do MicroSD/TF Card, Compact Flash, and SD Card.

I have an older camera with a compact flash (CF). My desktop and printer with a CF slots was replaced long ago. Unfortunately the camera has limits to which compact flash can be used, and the acceptable specs can no longer be easily purchased ( camera can not comprehend newer specs). And who wants to be restricted to those specs when cameras have advanced significantly over the years. The camera has been taking up valuable closet space collecting dust. Before I recycle this camera, I want a way to review my collection of CFs. This Platinum - USB 3.2 works beautifully in that regard. And with newer laptops rolling out without SD slots, and phones without microSD slots, I suspect I will be ready to handle those obstacles in the near future with this device. Full disclosure, I haven't tried those slots yet.

I purchased this external reader when my desktop's internal reader failed. It's easy to install, and worked perfectly, reading and then formatting my microSD drive. And the small size makes it easy to store. Perfect!

It is small and easy to use. The cable and the make up of the device itself is strong and tough. The USB C connection speed, helps transfer files quickly or to even read them directly off the card. One of the best Memory card readers I have ever owned/purchased.

Lots of different slots and sizes, needed it to download the pics from my camera. Easier to stick the chip in then it is to plug everything from the camera to the computer. This stays permanently plugged in

Well made, works great and it is not made of plastic at all. This little gadgets sits on my desk and does not slide around. It's def. well made. Works great too. This is an excellent buy and i def. recommend this product instead of the cheaply made plastic one's.

Allows the use of an outdated media storage card with current computers. Affordable and extremely easy to use. No downloaded software for compatibility just plug and play. Recommended for those of us who do not like disposing of perfectly good data collectors and photography equipment..

Our card reader in our PC quit working. This device has great functionality. It is compact, lightweight, and can read 3 sizes of cards. Great value! Works great!

This device lets me download photos from old camera cards that I don't use anymore and my new camera cards. It's still working perfectly and is a handy size. I've backed up old photos and enjoyed some memories thanks to this multi-card reader.

I needed a new card reader because the old one I've been using for 5 years would not recognize the high-capacity SD cards I now use for cameras. This popped up with LOTS of positive reviews. It was reasonably priced (I had no intention of paying much more than $100.00 dollars It does exactly what it claims to do. In addition, it has a slot for micro-SD cards, which I find helpful. It is very small and compact, nearly a fifth the size of my old one. I'm completely satisfied.

This was obviously very dimple to use. Several size Sims fit and it plugs right into a computer USB. Transfers pics very quickly!

It’s a media card reader. I can appreciate that it works, that it is versatile, and that it appears and feels more sturdy and better built than your typical cheapy card reader. But, nearly $50 in store after taxes is way too much. Only reason I purchased it from the store at the price point was because I needed it now, and it was the only one in the store, literally. I definitely got hit with the “convenience” tax and felt taken advantage of with the purchase. I learned my lesson. As is inevitable with readers (they break), I bought a cheaper one to have as back up and learned to always have the backup as a photog at all times. If this was twenty dollars cheaper yeah, but at the current in-store price… nah.

I love this because its so easy to use,especially on the go and easy to travel with due to its small but mighty size.

I had never heard of this item but my handyman advised I get it to check the chips in my security system for capacity. Best Buy knew exactly what I needed to be compatible with my older apple computer. I just plugged it in my computer, inserted the chips and presto! Sure enough, the security chips were full - once we deleted everything, they started working just fine. This little gadget came in very handy, and from what I understand, it can do the same for any device that has chips that could potentially be maxed out.

Small and fast. Got this on open box for 40.00 Bucks.I need a usb c for the speed. This does it. A little pricey but worth it!
