    Without this little pigtail, you can't hook a iMac Pro to the printer. Sometimes it's nice to have an option other than WFII.

    We use wireless keyboards with our iMac and MacBook Air. The new devices only have USB-C inputs. Every so often I want to use my old full size wired USB-A keyboard. Bought this dongle for those rare occasions and also to connect any older USB-A accessories.
