Powered USB adapter multiplied the number of USB on my laptop. It made my laptop transmit a lot faster on saving and receiving data from peripherals as well as provide me a lot of freedom and less burdensome of freeing my laptop for transport.

I have had this for a few years now and still works great. I have nothing negative to say about this product.

Crucial to have for my MacBook Pro. A little expensive for what it is, but thanks to Apple's "improvements" it was necessary.

The adapter works well. As a relatively new Mac user, I found connecting it especially easy. Small enough to fit into the little pocket in the facet sleeve, so I don't lose it in transport.

Nice adapter cable just what I needed. Because new macbook pro does not have enough ports you must live in dongle hell. This allows me to keep my usb A devises away from the laptop. ya need one of these for your travel bag.

Works as intended. Used on my MacBook to connect hard drives when I need to. Basically gets the job done. Nothing more to say about it. I had a problem and this product was the correct solution.

Since I now own a M1 Macbook Pro which lacks a standard USB adapter and microSD card reader, this addition is a must. There are a lot of expensive alternatives, but this is fairly cheap and allows me to connect to my older peripheral items.

Works with my new IOS phone making things that much easier.Easier I key for me as I don't have the dexterity in my hands that other people have.

Didn't think I would use this as much as I do but now with most phones and laptops NOT having USB attachments this is so handy to have. I use this for my laptop when need to attach my CD/DVD player, my webcam, and a nice nite light when I study.

Works really well for having an iLok plugged into it. Cannot comment on how it would work in a demanding application

Not happy that I had to spend more money just to hook up this adapter to my MacBook laptop. I needed it to updated my gps. Why Apple remove it is ridiculous it definitely put in a position to buy it. You have no choice.

I bought this to turn it from USB to USBC. It works perfectly and is small enough to fit anywhere. Really happy with it. Good price! Hard to find in store and got the last one after asking for assistance.

I bought this since the new Macbook Pro's don't have the USB ports, and was worth every penny starting out. Been using my wireless mouse from my old laptop for the time being, until I purchase a magic mouse in the future.

My new computer didn't have any USB ports so I needed this adapter for my keyboard. It gets the job done an is much cheaper than the Apple product. Would recommend for people who use a USB mouse on the go as well.

This adapter comes in very handy especially since the macbook pros have stopped giving the USB drive hookup. It has been a life saver.

Bought this to use with my PS5. The PSVr takes up a lot of ports and needed to use the front port of the console. This item was able to solve the problem by allowing me to put the final cord into the front port using the adapter.

I needed an adapter to access my files from my flash drives to work on at home using my new IPad Pro. Easy to use and very convenient. Also, a great price compared to the Apple model. No need to purchase the Apple adapter, which is $10 more when this does the exact same thing.

So happy for this solution and Best Buy had it at a reasonable price of $10. My daughter had an HP printer -that only had a USB cable. My daughters MacBook Air only had a USB-C port. This solved being able to use the printer!

Works well with my MacBook. That's all I wanted from it. I only wish these kinds of things were not manufactured in countries that systematically oppress some groups of people. Why most electronics companies won't find elsewhere do get their manufacturing done, I'll never understand
