In all fairness I must say I have not used this USB adapter as of yet but it seems to where it will meet any and all my needs when connecting my outer outside drive and dumb back up equipment I purchased this in the store at the recommendation of one of the text Dash who was kind professional and help me understand why I would need this adapter and how to use the adapter before I left

I needed this Adapter because I bought a new laptop and the device I was using to update my computer couldn't be plugged in. Very easy to install. Works perfectly.

This cable is so handy dandy and it makes traveling with my tablet nice. It isn't huge and bulky and doesn't have miles of cord with it that all need to be tucked in somewhere. I can easily drop it in to my laptop sleeve and go.

This was perfect for transferring data from my MAC laptop to my Seagate external hard drive to back up all my photos. It was a better deal than Walmart or any other places, for a quality name brand product. Works perfectly

Picked this up when I was left in a jam and lost my higher value one. This works well for it's intended use - if you need long term use and want to charge your computer at the same time, you'll need to get a different one.

Very useful! Needed an adapter for various reasons but mainly my new laptop only has the new USB type input (three of them), so I had no way of connecting my phone to back it up or plugging in USB drives.

Needed to connect HP laptop having 2 USB Ports, one of the two was a high speed USB-C port, connect that to a 8-port USB switchable HUB. This 6” adapter WORKED!

Great item for slightly older USB items in newer vehicles with only USB-C outlets.

The adaptor was well made and durable. I was able to plug my old LaCie portable drive into my new Macbook Pro without any issues. Fast and worked like a charm for a great price.

This is a great product. Definitely buy this over the apple branded one. Currently when writing this review the price of this vs the apple one is 5x less and works just as good!

Honestly its great i have no isses with it . I use it to connect my external camera when taking online exams. Ive had it for like 3-4 weeks so far and no isssues

Purchased for my MacBook Pro. This adapter worked great to view my old USB flash drives and also to connect USB external camera. All working great.

I bought the wrong one for what I needed, but I found another use for it, and it works well!

It was just what I needed to connect my older USB hub to my new MacBook Pro.

It's absolutely great!! I can plug in my earphones on all my computers & tablets. My hearing problem is solved with this small piece of equipment.

Great adapter. I purchased it for my apple computer because it did not have that port

I needed it to attach my logitech keyboard with number pad USB receiver to my new Mac computer. I like that it is short, it hides behind the screen and is not visible from the front of the computer.

This adapter is an excellent purchase for the new thins laptops and new flash drives. I can use this adapter with my old flash drives. I just plugged it in and accessed my files easily. It is well made too!

Works perfect with my MacBook air. Needed this for work as well as to download my wedding photos from my photographer and I didn’t want to spend a fortune on Amazon. This was a great price and shipped fast.
