Easy to set up, fun to play and wonderfully designed. I would only ever recommend a PlayStation over any other console. Note: Update times are ridiculous though

Bought this for my younger son who wanted to be able to play on both platforms as an avid gamer. The graphics look great and there is a great library of games available.

Currently listening to my 2 11 year old boys bond and have a great time playing this darn thing. I have always been against videos games, but I decided to use it as a reward system for my 2 boys. If they maintain good grades and behave in school, I will allow them to play it on the weekends. So far it’s going good. I haven’t had any issues out of the console or controllers. I ordered it through curbside and it was ready quicker than expected which was also a plus. Thanks Best Buy!

I love shopping with Best Buy and to get this PlayStation 4 at such a great price and not have to worry about going out thanksgiving in the madness made it even better

It's been great for me so far. Wanted to play Spiderman, God of War, and Red Dead and all of them look beautiful. Pick up in store option was easy and fast.

have always had an xbox but decided to branch out on black friday and buy a PS4 it’s a really good system and pretty easy trade off from the times i’m bored with xbox

We use this for video games, dvds and Netflix. Easy to use and my kids love it. I have a 5 year old and he loves the LEGO video game line. Makes for rainy day fun!

Great games and picture. I just wished that they had more bundles available when I bought it. Had to buy a game and extra controller to start play the same day.

I play all systems. I got this simply so I can play MLB the show. Unfortunate for the price tag but doubles as an expensive blue ray in the living room.

Easy setup, lots of great games for all ages. I don't like that fact that you have to pay for an additional subscription to play most games online, but that's not the systems fault. This system doesn't take up a lot of space, which is great if you have limited space. Easy enough for just about anyone to use and figure out...after setup, my 7 year old no longer needed our help.

My grandson LOVES his PS4. He finds it easy to use and was easy to set up. One of the best purchases I've ever made!

In my opinion the ps4 is better than the xbox one. I own both and I think the ps4 has a better user interface and better exclusive games. The xbox does have a better controller but not by much. I also get the feeling that Sony appreciates its customers much more than Microsoft. I think there are less ads and more ways to customize your user interface.

good entry level price point for ps4. however only set back is that you cannot connect the lower end version to 5g wifi. it only supports 2.4g. this is only an issue when playing biugger game sover wifi., hardwiring the connection with a standard cat cbale overrides this however. only complaint and thats your 4 out of stars.

Got it for my son who "had" major behavior issues. It was the only thing he wanted but could never seem to earn. After conversing with some family and friends we concluded that it was possible he may physically need to see that he can obtain before changing because "trying" had not been effective and seemed virtually impossible. Once in my possession and he was aware of it, his attitude and behavior began to change immediately... He still has some off days but once reminded he has a daily goal he must achieve to be allowed to even touch it, he gets right back on track.

As usual, Sony never disappoints you with the gaming consoles, graphics and HD quality are a great add. bought on thanksgiving. great way to spend some gaming time.

Just as described, we'll worth it. My son 10 year old loves it, settled for a ps4 instead of ps5. Thank God...lol

Bought this for teenage boys as a reward for excellent studies sports volunteering and helping grandparents on a weekly basis. Easy enough for a g/p to learn

I got it on Black Friday. It's great. Great graphics. Great sound. Great games. The only drawback is that I can't play my PS1, 2, and 3 games on it. It is what it is
