    The pre owned console came in very good condition. Although the controlee was broken, but after calling to best buy they sent me a brand new one right away.

    The system works like new ones. I was looking for a PS4 for the kids. My husband has his and hardly gets to play it. They were sharing. The only bad thing was that the included remote never charged. You basically save what a remote costs. Get a new console if it bothers you.

    Purchased this for my 13yo as a birthday gift. He handles things poorly so finding this item at a reduced price than the brand new one was a steal. He loves it so far. I forgot to purchase the protection plan mainly because it wasn't offered online but lets just hope it continues to work and function great.
