This was a well packaged used product in excellent condition that was very well priced.

I was looking for a PS4 to get in a short amount of time that I knew was certified, but not necessarily new and this was perfect! I had no problem and I had all the pieces for the PS4 in the box. Received it in 2 days as a Best Buy Member which was a bonus :)

Its way better than a ps5. Even tho i mostly play on my phone its good for watching tv as well.

I bought this 4 days ago and im well within the return the frame. That playstation works fine but the controller is not working. And when I called support, they told me id either have to return the entire product (which I paid for expidited shipping so I can play with my family on a certain day) or just buy a new seperate controller out of my own pocket. Would not buy again. There should be an option of some sort of credit or exchange for one item instead of just figuring out for everything.

No issues with my used system... Not the best cosmetically, but still in good shape.

I bought my nephew this PS4 so he won’t have to ask me to play on mine and honestly it came out to be better than expected. Very minimal scratches. Didn’t come with original box but it’s fine. It came in a white similar box

Even though it was previously owned it was in excellent condition. Bought it for my boyfriend and while originally he wanted the slim one, he realized there wasn’t much difference and this size is fine too

Give up the headset for a few bucks - totally worth it. Worked just fine no issues.

I really enjoy this product. I mainly bought it due to the lack of sports video games being on the PC, but it is great. Looking forward to some of the upcoming only available for the PS4 games.
