I'd been off PS for a while and stayed on Xbox for years now. With the announcements of upcoming games, like God of War and Spiderman, I'm glad to be back with PS.

You wouldnt even know that this was preowned, I use it and i have no problems at all

Condition of the unit is better than expected. Blue light came on, called PS # but tech agent said there is nothing that he can do on his end. Had to return the item back to sender.

I can’t believe I paid 250 for a “refurnished” ps4 consolé it’s disgusting how dirty it is and scratch I thought it would at least be In a good condition not only that but it says it comes with the control and it Doesn’t ! Don’t buy “refurnished” items they don’t even take the dust out it has milk stains on it I’m over disappointed I will definitely return and pay 40 more to get a brand new one with a control ! The saddest part is that they buy this for 90$ and resale it for triple the price!

I love the PS4. My sons all own one, so I finally broke down and bought one myself.

Purchased a refurbished PS4. In less than a month the PS4 crashed and will not let me complete a game. Get a loud buzzing noise and then game stops working. Have to unplug the machine and restart to remove the disc. Tried other discs and tv's to make sure it wasn't the PS4.

I always enjoy buying these sort of items refurbished at half the cost. It works great and have no complaints

I think I just got a lemon. But I received the console within 2 days, turned on fine. Then needed to do a software update, took over 4 hours to update.... then it just shut off and would never turn back it. I returned it at my local best buy store, and the customer service rep said all the pre-owned ones are inspected extensively by the geek squad and should be good; but the pre-owned ones purchased online they are not sure of the inspection. So I think I just got a lemon, but nevertheless, it didn't work and I ended up purchasing a brand new one in the store.

Bought one and it had the blue light of death, second one they send was not reading disk. Returned and purchased a new one.

Bought Dec 2017. Used till end of June. Granddaughter went to Alaska for the summer. PS4 sat here till Sept. Hasn't worked since. Very dissapointed.
