I was really excited to receive this PS5 Ghost of Yotei bundle, but honestly this has been a frustrating experience. The console itself works great and looks amazing, no complaints there. The problem is with what was missing from the box. My package did not include the HDMI cable and, more importantly, did not include the Ghost of Yotei game, which is the main reason I purchased this bundle in the first place. Because of this, I couldn’t even set up or use the console right away. For a product sold as a “bundle,” this is unacceptable. A bundle should arrive complete and ready to use, and this one clearly did not. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment, especially considering the price of the product. I now have to spend extra time contacting support and potentially extra money just to get what was advertised. I hope Best Buy improves its quality control and handles this issue properly. I would strongly recommend checking the contents immediately after delivery and contacting customer support if anything is missing.

Great looking limited edition PS5 console and controller. Was also able to order an additional limited edition controller shipped at the time of purchase. Limited edition controller details look great.

I love my game sooooo much but what I didn’t like was the box it came in not how the seal of tape seemed to be cut already but it was okay n still new n in good condition

Am very happy with my purchase and I love that I have more than enough time to pay it in a year and 6 months as I was approved for the Best Buy cc. I walked around Best Buy dressed like a bum literally and once they saw me looking an employee came up to me asking if I want to check out what I was eyeballing , young girl but very helpful with good customer service.

I love my PS5 it is so much fun and the Ghost of Yotei package is awesome. I purchased it while in my car got to Best Buy in 20 mins for pick up it was quick, easy and the staff were very friendly.
