Everything was just the way it was advertised. Hookup was easy and works perfectly.

This console is great and the upgrade in storage is amazing, I can now fit way more games since I do own a SD card form the previous PS5 I had which was one of the first that came out. The design isn't too bad either but I would change the side covers to black or just any another color to make it more stylish.

I’ve been wanting to get my ps5 for a while. Now that I’ve got it, I love it. It plays my ps4 games, and they clearly play better on the ps5. I’m sure that I’ll continue to enjoy the ps5 for a long time to come. Thank you Best Buy for helping me get my ps5.

This was a gift for my son for Christmas. He has wanted this game for a few years and I was very excited it came in such a quick timing. The delivery driver was pleasant and my son was extremely excited to set it up Christmas morning. Thank you Best Buy, he has already redeemed the code it came with for Fortnite as well!

Lots of fun playing this playstation 5. I had got it for blackfriday with alot more games ! This console is fun to play with friends and family. Easy to download games and play in the playstation store including deals.

Was able to get the last disc console and couldnt be more please. They were helpful when I asked to look at it and was indescisive at first but they were nice and patient.

I ordered one online and it was the wrong one. The manager helped me resolve the issue, so I bought it in store. I definitely.I'm gonna have to watch some youtube videos.This thing does a plethora of things.

Easy to set up, it does it on its own. My son was the happiest! I feel the price was fair. Took 10 minutes to set up. Transfer of data went smooth. You can get Microsoft games too

Great console. My son loves it. I love it. Cant wait to get the metal gear series and resident evil. Last of us seems awesome too.

For $550 plus only comes with 2 games. This should offer a year's subscription for games for play station. The digital would not guarantee games would be available for very long after purchase so that was not an option for me. On the plus side this one can use PS 4 games which could be less costly. With 1 TB memory some games could be saved

Good station. But had to buy external hard drive. There wasnt enough space to download my PS4 memory.
