Game was easy to set up and downloading the Fortnite Bundle and v-bucks was easy and quick. My boy easily figured out how to use the controller was this was his first time using a PS 5. We have added the Spiderman and Jedi Survivor games, and they have loaded quickly and the graphics are awseome!

Excellent purchase. The PlayStation 5 has amazing graphics, very fast loading times, and the DualSense controller feels incredible. Everything works perfectly. Best Buy delivered it in great condition with no issues. Highly recommended.

I gave my kids a choice of a Nintendo switch or PS5 and they chose the PS5. So far the system works great, has great graphics, easy to log into and connect to the TV. Best part was it was on sale for Black Friday. Only issue is it's a little loud when you have a disc in the system.

Liked this slim version for the compact size for space saving reasons. Love the storage. Good performance for long play times, a bit loud sometimes though.

Just got this for my girlfriend, smaller than my original and the stand is much nicer. It runs smoother and the fan is much quieter. Great for anybody who wants to play.

Great system, Easy to use, fast and no issues so far. We even watch Blu Ray and DVD on it. Kids love it and Christmas was a hit with this game system for them.

Works great and the kids love it. Like the slimmer look and that it stands up instead of lays down so it doesn’t take up as much space.

First shout out to the employee who took the time to locate the correct console as I wanted the one with a disc drive. The initial start up did not take as nearly as long as expected, also you can load a game via disk at the same time it is updating and setting up. Graphics are great, the remote works across the room just fine. Easy set up. The one downfall is 1TB isn't a lot if you are going to be downloading games but being able to add external memory is great.

I’ve had my new PlayStation since Christmas, and it’s been everything I wanted and more. The performance, graphics, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I also love Best Buy the purchase process was quick and easy, and I wasn’t sure which option to buy, but both sales reps were incredibly helpful in narrowing it down for me. They even walked me through setting up my new system online and wrote the steps down so I could follow them later.
