Best Buy was very professional on the phone; they asked if I wanted a warranty and gave me details on when I can pick up the console. The pickup process was so easy and it was an exciting day. The console itself is also incredible and advanced. The system has the most comfortable controller I’ve ever used and its mechanics and buttons work good too.
I would recommend this to a friend

Buying the PS5 is seriously worth the money. The haptic feedback from the comfortable controller is super cool and the graphics capability and refresh rate from it is excellent. The 100% worth it. Also Apple Music is available on it with Spotify unlike the ps4, which only has Spotify.

I bought this PlayStation as a gift for my husband and it was a great decision. I preordered the system online from BestBuy and it was ready for pickup pretty quickly. The process to pick it up was really smooth and my husband loved his gift. I would definitely order from BestBuy online again.

Cant wait to see the look on my girls face when they open this on Christmas morning! It’s a lot heavier then I expected. Which is a good thing. It seems to be very well built. We bought our ps4 from new and that has lasted over 12 years! Hope to get the same amount of play time from this unit.
