I ordered a PS5 which they delivered with no packaging, literally sat a ps5 on my door in EAST DALLAS. Like how careless can they be, I left my 12 yr old at home just to be able to get the package but they didn’t knock or ring the doorbell like I asked. And when I called customer service it took them 10 business days to email me and say “please contact you local law enforcement” WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !

Item doesn’t work had to send it back because it arrived after the 14 days return for repair with Sony over heats

Ps5 is good controller that came with it has the r2 button stuck and hasn’t even been 2 months yet

Performance is identical to the standard PS5, meaning games load incredibly fast thanks to the SSD, visuals are sharp with ray tracing support, and frame rates stay smooth even in demanding titles. If you’re coming from a PS4, the jump still feels huge. If you already own a PS5, though, there’s no performance-based reason to upgrade. One of the biggest improvements is the redesigned chassis. The Slim looks sleeker and takes up less space, making it easier to place vertically or horizontally. The modular disc drive is a nice touch too—you can buy the digital version and add a disc drive later if you change your mind.

It’s also way quieter than I expected, even after long gaming sessions. The menu is clean and easy to use, so jumping between games and apps is quick. The only downside is storage fills up fast with newer games, but that’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, the PS5 just feels next level. If you’re thinking about getting one from Best Buy, I’d definitely recommend it
