The PlayStation 5 is an absolute game-changer! The performance is incredibly fast, with stunning graphics and smooth gameplay that truly elevate the gaming experience. The DualSense controller adds a whole new level of immersion, and I haven’t faced any issues so far. It’s perfect for both casual gamers and hardcore enthusiasts. I couldn’t recommend it more!

I got a ps4 for free from family a few years ago and it got me back into console gaming. I love my ps4 and wanted an upgrade to play the newer games I couldn't play on it and wow, I'm impressed. The graphics on the ps5 are phenomenal and it runs so flawlessly. I haven't had any issues with my games running or crashing. I went into it knowing that the digital games were backwards compatible and completely blown away that all ps4 games can work on the ps5. The customization for it is also so great. I'm not a big fan of white technology because it yellows over time. Being able to buy plates of my favorite color was the best discovery. This was easily the best purchase i could've made.

The console is great overall but the controllers are not so great at times. They seem too much of a short term than long time. I enjoy my PS regardless!! Best buy I’ve ever made in a long time!!

So I surprised my fiancé with this PS5 on Father’s Day . And the employees helped, I told my fiancé we were picking up a gps tracker and him and my song walked around the store so I told the guy behind the counter to act like I forgot my i.d and I had to use my fiancés I.d and so my fiancé came up there and he thought they were going to hand him a gps but handed him his PlayStation . It was great . The employees made it fun . Thanks so much Best Buy

Though I was turned off a bit by its size, I can truly say that the PS5 had that next-gen magic upon turning it on the first time. High-quality system and I'm happy to have snagged one!

This system has all the hype for a reason. Looks great, feels great, runs great, definitely worth it. There was a noticeable difference playing my first PS5 game after playing PS4 for so long.

it is a very good console i did have an issue with the first ps5 i had bought that would overheat and shut off out of no where but this one is way better

This is an amazing console! The graphics are amazing! If you had a PS4 there are some games that auto convert for free to the PS5 versions and they have such a huge boost in quality. The disk tray is perfect if you still have PS4 disks as well. The only thing I will say is that I wish the controller had more texture. It is very smooth and rather slippery. Other than that, it is a great console. I was able to fit it in a perfect slot in my Ikea TV set too. I was unable to use the stand but I did place little rubber spacers to ensure that air flow was sufficient enough. No heating problems to report.

I bought this as a gift to my spouse back in March. PS5 beautiful design and still works like new. I ordered online and pick up in store the process was very easy

Coming from Xbox One X to PlayStation 5 is a big step up play station 5 UI is so amazing and so easy to use way better than Xbox. Xbox series X has the same user interface as the Xbox one and I got used to it for so long it has been 10+ years that I have not played PlayStation now that I am back. PlayStation is so easy to use the interface is amazing it’s fast, judder free if you want a fast consul, then play station is the way to go. The only thing that I did not like was the cable for the HDMI that comes with the PlayStation is not a good cable It’s a Cheap cable does not work at all. I had to buy me a fast ultra speed cable.

Great system. Comes with 1 Controller. Very easy to set up and use. Spent many hours Playing games and watching Netflix and YouTube.

Very happy I was able to finally get a PS5 after 3 years of waiting. I do have an XBOX Series X as well and find using both in different ways. The PS5 digital paired with a fast M.2 SSD is a great combo (I personally purchased Silicon Power 4TB XS70 Nvme PCIe Gen4 M.2) Performance and graphics have been amazing connected to my LG C2 with VRR, Atmos, 120Hz refresh rate. Highly recommend the upgrade from previous gen to PS5 especially for the first party exclusives.

Great Product. Bought my Wife a digital since she mostly plays Fortnite and myself this one since I own quite a bit of disc games. Super fast loading speeds compared to a PS4, and a great controller.

This console is sleek, and fits nicely in with the rest of my consoles. The stand that it comes with keeps it from falling over which is very nice. And it runs beautifully
