Great product for the 30th anniversary edition I love the color combo I just wished it came with disk drive

Fantastic PS5 Anniversary Edition! I absolutely love the design and how everything was put together to celebrate the 50th anniversary. The attention to detail is incredible, and the entire package is pure nostalgia. From the console’s design to the thoughtful presentation, it truly feels like a tribute to the legacy. Thanks to my store representative who help me get one!

Unfortunately for me, the packager who handled my item didn’t do a very good job in securing my game system. The box wS very large and the pillow packing were popped when arrived. The shipping box was very large and had signs of crushing from handling in transit. The item console box was damaged on the top corner, crushed from loosely packed in shipping box. Additionally the console’s box had tears. There were also scratching and wear from sliding around in the shipping box. I don’t plan on opening this item, it is going into my collection. I am disappointed with condition of the package.

The console was bounced around in the package and everything was ripped apart. Please make sure electronics are well packaged! Sony, add at least 2TB of storage!

I purchased this item new, but when I arrived at the store for pick up the box was already opened and resealed with Best Buy tape. I had to have them look through the contents in front of me to verify it was all present. 1 star for the shipping and handling, but the staff was incredible and patient with me and my concerns. Unfortunately, I still had to pay full price. I was told that all boxes were in the same condition.

Love it so far. The option to change theme to multiple previous views of ps1 and ps2 and ps3 brings back so many memories. I have it set to ps1 look and with the design it really feels like 20 years ago

Best Buy and UPS are scamming people. I woke up at Midnight on OCT 10th to purchase this. I kept refreshing the page until 10am. I scored one! So I thought...I got a notification on Nov. 21 the item was shipped out. But this seemed to just be the label creation as it did not have an estimated delivery date. So, I requested the packaged be delivered to a UPS store by my house to avoid any "lost" packages in case I was not at home. (Mind you, upon purchasing they did not give me an option to pick up at a local Best Buy store.) A few days went by, still no delivery or update. Then UPS says they have the package and it will be delivered...still no date but that it will be updated as soon as they have one. I wait and wait. THEN it says "delayed". There's no way. I've had other packages from UPS/Amazon delivered in that time; so, why is there a delay. Long story short, I've spoken to probably 20 people between UPS and Best buy. They have NO idea where it is even though UPS said Best buy asked for "return to sender" and that "I (the customer) said it was lost, so they canceled and refunded" none of which was true. I asked if the package could be replaced or that I could instead pick up at a Best Buy location since the delivery seemed to be problematic. (I live in a house btw, no issues with delivering to my address. Ever...unless someone is trying to steal). I patiently awaited the packaged I purchased with my BEST BUY CREDIT CARD and as told "too bad, reorder (the limited edition console that you are allowing bots/resellers to take from good customers)" wasn't even given a gift card, was barely even apologized to except to say sorry that there was NOTHING else they could do in this matter (I give them options...they just didn't want to do them). So, don't buy from here. Go somewhere else. This was a shady experience and my Christmas has been ruined. I will be filing a police report for UPS in case someone stole the package and have already escalated my investigation with Best Buy because clearly they don't care about long time customers or account holders. Meanwhile, resellers are buying in bulk and selling for $700+. It is disgusting when every time there is a "restock" it sells out in seconds. Better business bureau, here I come!

Item arrived securely and well packaged so there was no damage to item upon arrival. Best Buy gives an honest shot to consumers to be able to own collector items like this

Best buy's initial order process was great and I was able to get my hands on the console. It looks great and best buy made the process quite easy.

It's pretty cool now that I have one now. It's just gonna sit in the box and collect dust lol. 10/10 worth it!

I have no complaints about the PS5 30th Anniversary Slim Edition. I love what they did the whole package!

I expect better from Best Buy. Been going to and ordering from Best Buy since I can remember and been seeing more and more of this. Seal was broken, both shipping box and product box was damaged. Few internal contents were damaged. Again, not the best from Best Buy. I know you can do better. Especially if we’re paying for Total.
